Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

It is a good platform especially that it has mobile app. Messaging is not bad but can be better and more rich. Trade Assurance was used and it works fine so far.
It was a little slow getting to understand the setup with bids from different suppliers and such, but the end deal and product were excellent and saved us a lot of money.

Long waiting for receipt of order. The order arrived in Russia quickly, but the goods received only 19.07.2019. Delay: Russian mail logistics.
They arrived quite fast. The bracelets look too simple. The elastic thread looks very fragile. The price seems fair. But I have seen them with better quality materials for the same price.
I have bought two times via Alibaba and I think they really support the customers and with the trade assurance you can be sure that you will not lose in any case.
Today I received 2 pair of wireless headphones from Shenzhen Unitech Technology, at the begining I just charged these wireless earphones, their charging required time is around 1 hour and a half.
Once I wear on these earphones, I immediately notices the sound reduction is great.
Then I just connected them into my labtop, this way I can check their quality sound fast using a sound mixer (I tested bass, mid and high sounds). At first time of usage of these earphones, I got like a strange sense because I used to play music using Sennheiser earphones, so if I've to compare these wireless earphones with a pair of Sennheiser earphones, I couldn't really say which one has better quality sound.
I mean, I know Sennheiser is the best earphones brand, but we all know their price are really high. So I think these earphones' quality considered their price is really nice.
Tip for consumers:
Once you use the earphones charging wires, be sure to check the small hole which has a red light, if the red light is on, that means the earphones are charging, once this red light is off, it means the earphones are fully charged.

I bought 2 wireless earphones from Shenzhen Unitech Technology Co.,Ltd, Vicky was this company agent who helped me on the order. She also arranged the logistic company I wanted to use, so that made my shipping cost were greatly reduced. In the end my packed arrived to customs on Friday, so I received on Monday.
About the earphones I bought:
Once I wear on these earphones I can really feel a real noise reduction, their quality sound is nice. Once of the things attracted me from these earphones were the changing lights on the sides of the earphones, they have several colors while playing music. I also tested the Bluetooth range, and it really reaches 10 meters. The sound quality is nice, I think it works well.
The product arrives very quickly, directly to the warehouse in the US, where I order! The seller is very competent and communicates at a high level. Thank!
Was very hesitant to order on this site since I was new, but overall the experience with the supplier I ended up with was amazing! Just know that there are many suppliers that have similar, if anything the same, product. And you can talk or chat with as many until you find one that can cater to your individual needs. I started my order with one supplier, paid, but during the process found out that they couldn't fulfill my needs, since it was time sensitive. So I got a refund and decided to chat with different supplier and representatives until I found one that was able to work. All in all, my supplier(Kathy with sunset electronic) was amazing and the product did not just come on time but even almost a whole week ahead! The process took only a week or so! I would have given 4.5 stars if possible! The only thing I would improve on would be refund time as I have not yet received it. It's only been a bit more than a week but I can certainly for sure say that it will be In Our account soon since this site is very Legit!
