I would give 5 stars but a gave just 4 because most best product in ali baba don't send product to my country Morocco, but generaly i like this site and i will buy another time

The bike arrived on time. Some issues at the USA warehouse but Tommy was quick to handle it so I could get the bikes released. I would buy them again BUT this time with bigger batteries.

There are scams everywhere in the world and not limited to this site. I really like their site. But do your Due diligence before you buy like I have been doing. Check to see if they are real and see if they have had a onsite inspection. They are really trying to make it easy for you to hook up with great suppliers. The translator program may have a few kinks but better then translating you self then sending a message. I have bought hundreds of items threw them and have not had much problems. Though i do get easy to notice scam offers. Only buy threw the escrow service for your protection. Or see if the person you are talking to uses paypal or other escrow service. Do not use WU or other fast money transfers.
Over all i give the site a good rating and they have even changed the site around to my ideas. Making it more easy to use. Remember that everyone there speaks another language so you may be misunderstood. Using pictures as a option on how to explain what it is you are after helps a lot.
I have a 4yr buyer account and get a lot of great offers all the time. Remember if it seems to good to seem true it more then likely is.

This website provides a more advanced purchasing experience than Ebay or Amazon in my opinion. It is my first time on Alibaba and I will be using it in future for goods manufactured in China.

You can use Alibaba as a research platform. Contact suppliers and establish communication with different suppliers. But I don't advice you to order big quantities. You might not get the products at all or you'll get products of very poor quality. Getting your money back is impossible. The best way to use Alibaba is to find your suppliers of interest, then travel to China, meet face to face and find a local quality controller. We always deposit 20% to start a production and once the controller has inspected the order, we'll pay the rest. We have never experienced not getting our products, but Chinese trade mentality is different from the west. They hussle and do anything to make one more dollar for their effort. They will show you great samples, and your first couple of orders will be ok. Once you grow and your orders will become bigger, they'll start to sneak in bad quality products. Having a controller and an established face to face contact is best if you like to trade with China. That is our experience.

It is easy to find all different types of motorcycles on Alibaba, but it will take a 3 to 6 mouth before you get it. It is a 12 hour difference to communicate with them.

Do not by gold supllier or any fake service on alibaba becuase nothing on alibaba except time wasting,, once you buy gold suplier package after alibaba do not reasponnse you even black mail you demand extra money,

I bought two led grow lights from Alibaba and they in my budget for the quality of their lights. I haven't found better quality lights for the low and shipping is fast even if it's from China

I contacted this company ( SAMYAK INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD) NEPAL. I ordered a Tibetan singing bowl, they sent me a singing bowl as a sample in the beginning later they asked advanced payment for my order. I sent $ 2000 for a 5'' 500 units of Tibetan singing bowl they said me they will send it within 20 days. It was on FEB 2017. But they never shipped my order. I waited for another month i tried to contact them on Skype they never talked with me and i sent several emails but they never replied. This year i could not start my singing bowl business on amazon. I will search for another reliable supplier from Nepal.

Do not be fooled that you are protected by Alibaba.com's Trade Assurance. I was dealing with a new supplier with an order of over $50,000 - I was hesitating in dealing with this supplier for a new order however I was encouraged by the supplier to do use Alibaba.com's Trade Assurance process to alleviate my concerns. This cost more as you pay a process fee which is made out to be like an on-site ave policy on anything going wrong. This is not the case at all! The product we received was not to the quality standards ordered and despite providing extensive evidence to prove this it seemed Alibaba reAlly had no interest in assisting in the dispute. They refused to refund even part of the payment although we had third parties attesting to the poor quality of the product. In retrospect now it is easy to see that Alibaba are biased toward the suppliers as the see are the customers that are paying them. Our company will never order via Alibaba.com again and urge everyone to undertake proper due dilligence and not be fooled that you are protected by Alibaba in anyway!
