Five out of five stars the sabers are of high quality, metal hilts... they are a bit on the weighted side, but again they are metal hilts. Sound fonts are great, lights... its all fantastic

We ordered some stickers from them and it was a great experience. We received our stickers in a timely manner. The supplier was great with communication. We are very happy with the products received.

They sent very cheap quality cape. So my customer no ones buys. I can not sale this cape, first time sent good quality. I did second order sent very cheap quality. I can not sale customer.

Alibaba has been of great use! Everything in it is super helpfull and a great experience. Except for the log in. When you log in every time you have to slide a buttom, write a code plus they send you another code to your email wich you have to copy and past it to log in its a verification code and you have to check it every time you log in its anoying.

Hello, I bought a 2002 Toyota Hiace for $ 2500 from OTO PARTNER SP Z. O. O that Jonas Geringas represents. The van never arrives in Haiti at the due date in November 20th 2020. He told me when he received the money. After several conversations with Jonas Geringas, he sent a refund form which I filled out. But never receive the refund. Now he's telling me that he doesn't know the company that I sent the money to. I have all the proof form my bank where I wired the money to Jonas Geringas.
Don't buy anything from Jonas Geringas.

Everything is very organized and professional timing and shipping process.
Time of preparation the order is on the scheduled time and agreement.

Overall I found Alibaba if good but I would like to tell you that advise suppliers to provide less quantity also with custom logo for which they can charge as I was happy to pay for my logo, etc. But some products I found but there quantity is so high that I could not order them for my business. Couple of suppliers can not understand the language, so they get angry also like there was one supplier who did not mention about the production time and delivery details but I did not cancel the order, as that supplier did not understand me, and went angry on my sticker logo it is a sticker only as it is my right as a customer who will ask questions. No need to tell a customers that take your money back but you have to pay for the logo which done (I was scared maybe he will sell my logo to someone else). I said it is ok just refund me my shipping cost but I will buy from you still as a customer I stay calm but overall I did not like his attitude.
Most important thing please provide some cheaper, faster shipping services and also which paying by card the fees is very high.
Supplier should provide good photos with the order as customers spend alot of money. Needs great attention to the communication matter.

This site is the worst site ever, do not purchase furniture are any the sorts, Suppliers do not tell you the truth about when your goods arrive to Uk port the high charges you get when they offer you cheap freight and that will occur very high charges when goods arrive in the uk

Document charges that should be £25 will cost you £ 105
Currency adjustment factor (CAF)will be £354
And overseas custom is £75
Port security charges £7.00
Notify on arrival £3.50
And it doesn't stop there customs fees and vat need to added and it depends on your goods

Suppliers in China is the most wicked people ever
They want the sales offer Cheap freight not informing customers that they have agreement with agents to charge high fees on arrival destination

Please remember to check what you will have to pay before purchasing goods

It is my personal opinion that one should be very careful while buying through these DHGATE, Ali etc... and order only small ticketed Items. The re-sellers are ruthless and illiterate, They have no concern for Customer Service and have not a clue as what it is? So please be wise and in small ticketed Items, if you loose, though any loss is bad, you only loose a small amount. BE AVIARY... Also last point, please do read reviews on this very informative site "SITEJABBER" Thank for for reading thdi, may save you money and hard earned as that!.

But you have to be careful, some people try to bait and switch, others are basically non-responsive. But be smart, act accordingly and patience. You will meet the person that knocks your socks off.

Mostly delivers as pe samples and always in time. The best is to check your quality before it is delivered as chinese companies will always delivery in hurry to avoid checking so be prepared.
