Despite my very high skepticism. I made my first purchase from a supplier on alibaba and I must confess that the platform is very easy to use and I am very comfortable dealing in large quantities.

On some invoice, I have received there nothing mentioned about shipping cost- just the goods price
It means no tax for shipping
Unfortunately, Alibaba considered shipping cost MUST be on invoice as long as lots of other invoices do not mention it on invoice

Very safe and secure, a lot of options and a magnificent amount of Suppliers. There is no much that I can say to fill this up but I do trust Alibaba and I didn't have any experience for the start

As a very small business, my funds are tight and I can not order samples for $120.00 for a tracksuit, the manufacturers in China and Pakistan will try to charge you over $100.00 just for a sample tracksuit! I found a supplier who just request me to pay for shipping and they have been in constant communication with me during the entire process. The sample tracksuits they sent to me for free, were a bit too small for me, I am partly to blame for this as they asked me to send them my correct size and I was not able to so they sent me what they thought would fit. I informed them that the samples were to small and they are sending me appropriate sizes. I am going to work with manufacturer as they are willing to work with their customers, to earn your business. Please shop around for the right company on Alibaba, you will find good manufactures, who are willing to work hard to earn your business. I am starting small with my tracksuit company and luckily I found a company on Alibaba who has been awesome and understands that I am starting my tracksuit business with limited funds. I believe many of the manufacturers in China for sportswear have huge contracts with well known brands and they focus on the huge companies and do not really care about the new small companies. Please shop around on here, if you are just starting your business and have limited funds, you will find a company that will help you grow your business and you will be helping them grow as well because most likely they are small manufacturers as well. The DUOWEI product is good and as attractive as its quality ensures 100% by the factory inspection and third party inspection. I personally visited this company several times for my order, its good professionals company who knows how to maintain product quality and commitment to customer.

I ordered for my goods which took forever to come and i was charged double the price she displays in Alibaba claiming that nobody posts the correct price. I let that slide because i liked what i saw. Little did i know that this woman was going to mess me up. She sent me PLASTIC BEDS which i didn't order for and claims that PLASTIC IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WOOD AND PLASTIC TOGETHER and charged me for the plastic and wooden bed. And now she has refused to communicate back to us claiming that she sent us something that is more expensive than what we ordered for. I know for a fact that plastic is cheaper than wood anywhere in the world. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I would avoid Alibaba and stick to the honest online sites like Amazon and eBay.
I ordered an item in May and we are now in August and I have not received item.
I opened a dispute and the dispute was closed die to item in transit!
The item was shipped over 2 months ago!
DO NOT BUY FROM ALIBABA

An entrepreneurs or a online shopper's dream. Trustworthy site. I am very skeptikal of these things and I am glad I did my due diligence and it always works out well. All my orders have been great.
