Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.
