Bought a food van off Bill Li of Henan Honlu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. total ripoff. Van is falling apart already after it was sent to the US which considering I live in new zealand is impressive in its stupidity. Dont trust this scam artist or alibaba YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF...

I safisfied of using alibaba for now and I plan more bussineses in the future. Ive met only honest supliers on your website. Its also good that you provide statistics about their past activity.

I don't think I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with a seller anywhere like I had with Alibaba. After waiting a month (wrongly) for my order, my seller and I discovered that she had sent the order to the seller's country instead of my location. After a huge issue with customs, my seller finally received the product only to discover it WASN'T EVEN OUR ORDER. The seller wanted no responsibility and acted like a complete child - utterly refusing to disclose where she sent our order and wanted nothing to do with us or the other person she totally screwed over!

DON'T DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

We ordered 440 cartons of Engineer wood flooring from Fuzhou Joshua Building Material Trading Co. LTD via Alibaba.com We were told repeatedly by the supplier that the products were ALL shipped. Two months later, we finally receive the product - very late delivery - and found that 202 of cartons were missing! That is half of our order. When confronted the supplier claims that she did not have space to deliver all the products. But would not tell us why she did not inform us of this when she delivered AND actually LIED by telling us all products were shipped. They refuse to give refund and now is IGNORING ALL MESSAGES. ALIBABA continues to allow this company to sell on their site despite a formal complaint being put in. The vendor's Alibaba ID is cnjoshua the Alibaba Complaint Case ID: *******

I paid $1000 for a product which I never received The person who I paid said he wouldn't accept payment through Alibaba so I paid him through another source
I reported this to Alibaba and they I had found him guilty of scamming. They said they would shut down his company and get my money back for me, but after they found him guilty they said this is too extreme.so they are letting people scam through their company

How to identify that Alibaba is fake:

1) Most RFQs come from non-U. S and Canadian countries. The ones that are allegedly from the U. S and Canada don't leave their contact information. When was the last information you wanted to make a large purchase without leaving your info.
2) They are written with the English of a 1st grader all through they claim to come from English speaking areas.
3) I found the RFQ's to be missing essentials information that any buyer would state.
4) They alleged buyers don't have knowledge of the products they claims to be seeking. They never answer requests for RFQ clarification.
5) Since we signed up, we sold 1000s of items through our site, eBay and amazon but nothing through Alibaba
6) Test if for you self without buying the "gold membership". Make a free account, list your products and you'll see many fake product info requests coming your way but NO SALES. Alibaba will then claim that you have not sales because you are not a gold member. Don't sign up for the $350 "discounted" membership with whatever garbage incentives they offer.

I'm trying to expose these Chinese scam artist. Don't be foul like I was. I was sold on it when they showed me the fake RFQs. After that, I've been receiving fake inquiries from place like Nigeria and other countries with they want to buy expensive product but don't even have enough bread to eat!

WARNING TO PURCHASERS. * I ordered small glass boxes from Pujiang Minghuang Crystal CO., Ltd.
Zhejiang, China for a very special event but was horrified with what was sent to me. I had ordered what I thought was small glass trinket boxes with small feet and a lid, what arrived was very different then the photo on the website as well as the pro-forma invoice. But the real cause for concern was most of them had small black particles floating through them with scratches as well as the cardboard presentation boxes that they were sent in were completely damaged. The total lack of customer service and overall negative experience with the vendor has left me very disappointed. Obviously will not be ordering from this company again and feel it necessary to warn other buyers.
I can only assume that a reputable company would be eager to take back flawed and damaged product as they would not want their name associated with such poor quality, but from the lack of concern and action from this supplier, I can only assume that they did not offer to replace this shipment as all of their products would be the same quality.
Unfortunately Alibaba's buyers insurance is non existent, they made me go through a lengthy discussion back and forth only to tell me that i should use the boxes with the damage, even with black floating particles? Read carefully when purchasing on Alibaba in my opinion they do not have their viewers best interest in mind.

Firstly, she is the best sales rep on Alibaba as a whole due to her manner of approach she will make you feel very comfortable while she is attending to you, she is overly polite, never get tired of an unending questioning just to please her customer.

I went to Alibaba looking for hover boards, I submitted a request for quotes and was contacted by many suppliers. I decided to go with Hong Kong Kong Kerchan Export. I placed a order for five hover boards on the 4th of December and again on on the 10th since everything seemed to be going right with the first order.The second time I received a tracking number that was not showing up in the system. I contacted the supplier many times asking what was going on and received no response. Then I decided to submit a complaint to Alibaba only to check the site the following day and find my submission was not in the system, my account has been hacked, my Aliexpress account has been hacked, there is a email account set up in my name in the Philippines. There's been activity on my email from China. Every time I try to sign into Alibaba I'm prompted that my account has been logged into by another mobile device. I am having trouble getting through to Alibaba and Aliexpress. This whole ordeal has stressed me out and I don't know what to do. Beware of false suppliers and having your life turned upside down..

I am in the middle of a dispute with Yiwu Chuanqi Household Goods Co., Ltd. since the beginning of June till now. I am at the risk of losing USD1800 now. A stack of product of poor quality which cannot be sold. I'm left with 2 options -

1. Sell and destroy my brand
2. Lose my USD1800 because the supplier is not willing to refund and Alibaba cannot help.

The supplier provides poor quality of the product which is different from what is shown on the platform. The reason given is that we negotiated for a lower price so which means to say - 'you negotiate a lower price, the supplier agrees and provides a lower quality product without informing'.

Please avoid this supplier - Yiwu Chuanqi Household Goods Co., Ltd. if you can help it.
If you must deal with them, you have been warned.

Alibaba should be strict with the suppliers on their platform, I mean seriously... there is no shortage of suppliers out there who will not want to use your platform.

Buyers are the ones who keep the platform alive, not the suppliers.

At the beginning I was worry to order stuff online from China but with Alibaba I find everything clear and almost guaranteed!

Recently i bought a PVC welding machine from Shenzhen Hipower Limited in Shenzhen, a company with impressive webpage. The machine arrived brand new but was not properly connected, need to hire an electrician to trouble shot it. It works for 2 minutes but the transformer soon got burning smoke, change the transformer and it start to short circuit. My electrician can not find the problem thus we complain to Guangzhou Area Expansion Industry Co, the agent of this product. The company is Alibaba 9th year gold supplier and always listed top on membrane ceiling section, we thus assume its a trusted company. Their advice to us was to engage another technician to trouble shoot the problem at our own cost. We thus know that machine was not test run prior shipment, complain to Alibaba as we bought through Ali assurance, was told it was not cover as it only cover before pre-shipment. How would you know the product quality before shipment, and the condition was not clearly stated on Ali assurance. Thus i have wasted USD 3000 on the machine not even work once on the list highly recommended by Alibaba, and the trade assurance is a farce. Now i can understand now why those guys would not bother about quality and products, because nothing will happen to them if they shipped $#*! products, they will be another fool coming on around the world as long as they pay Alibaba highest to keep their ranking high. Conclusion, not safe assurance from buying through Alibaba, no refund nor supports if anything goes wrong, you are at your own.

HI I ordered some products and after 2 months they had still not arrived, Jamshaid Ahmed made every excuse not to send, I complained to Ali baba and they exuse was that and 3rd party account was "hijacked" which was a complete lie, I would have been out of pocket but my bank agreed to give me the money back, as PAK DENT MAX from Pakistan was fraudulent, please buyers beware do NOT part with your money even via PayPal or any other method. There are probably thousands of legitimate companies that operate on Ali baba but it's unfortunate that the fraudulent companies let the others down, Ali baba was utterly useless when I come so buyers please beware and DO NOT buy from PAK DENT MAX thanks

I order some plastic ware robe from them. I had some problem with agent fees so I ask for a refund. When I ask for the refund Mr Carter Wang said the agent send back the goods and he had to pay $20.00 US. I say make an invoice to get back your money. After I pay $25.00 US for the shipping.He said he pay $25.00 to ship. I paid for the goods and the shipping.So I went to claim my money on trade assurance.He stop the claim he up load all the conversation as evidence. I decide I am sending it to Dispute Resolution to settle because I have $20.00 and not $45.00 US. I up load my evidence. Almost a month haven't heard nothing from Alibaba about the matter. Sunday I receive a message saying supplier has not up load evidence.The Tuesday I receive a next message asking if I agree for him to get $20.00US and let me up load evidence. I had already gave them the evidence. Wednesday I receive a message from Lori to say matter close. Alibaba then put on the dispute after considering my dispute I am not to get back no refund.The level of dishonesty.So he has the goods and he has my money.He then put a claim that the goods got damage.The agent never receive any good from him. After sending him a message he turn around and call me foolish.So he has my $128 US and his goods.If I up load the evidence why are they coming back asking for evidence? I need my money back from this company. A bunch of thieves.

Do not do business with any suppliers on alibaba they will try to scam you I do t trust any of their sellers been scammed twice and Alibaba.com said too bad

I purchased 3000 of a product and had specific contract terms for how we wanted the product made. There is paper that is to be glued inside a transparent water bottle. This is known to have a seam or be very cheap looking otherwise. This was agreed from the beginning. I received samples from hem by air. They were perfect. I placed the deposit. It was delayed 3 months. It was extremely late. I finally received the product (had it HELD because the Bill of Lading would not be released until I promised to not file claims on them - red flag) and it of course had NO glue. She's admitted she never used glue, only tape and they couldn't mass produce it this way. I have been fighting with a trade assurance agreement using a lady named Ada. I was asked to provide hard evidence. I submitted a youtube of 502 of these bottles completely in horrible shape. NONE of them are compliant with the contract terms. The contract is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They are not fixing any errors. I am told they will only report negatively on the company. I have product i simply can't sell at cost even. It's a total loss. I'm very ashamed of the Trade Assurance Program and dishonesty of this Chinese Company. It is LULUTONG Industristies. - Stainless steel. DO NOT do business with this scammer.
