We purchased from Teecrown watch bracelet company. They sent the wrong finish of bracelet and the fitment was crap. The dispute team ended up siding with the company because they claimed we were trying to put the bracelet on a different watch then what was provided... IT WAS THE SAME, JUST A DIFFERENT DIAL COLOUR! In the end, we provided photos, videos and even our watch manufacturing company contacts to say that it is the exact same watch and Alibaba sided with the company saying there wasn't enough proof for a refund!

Stay away from Alibaba unless you're okay with gambling on product with your capital. You might loose and Alibaba is not there to save you.
