Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Please be clear with your technical requirement. This U9100 product is highly customizable. if you want UHF RFID and also require Bar code reader or a thermal printer or HF RFID then it is not possible. only one option is possible because the slot is common for all these 4 optional.

i received the same product i discussed and agreed with Sales team. The product is as per the technical requirement i have explained to the Sales team. Product code U9100 - UHF RFID Hand held PDA with 4G SIM slot. i have tested with 4G network in INDIA and it worked.
