If you stay with trade assurance contracts and within the Alibaba platform you should have nothing but honest great business contacts. I there is any deviation or unwillingness to enter into a trade assurance contract then you have to know when to fold and exit. I am fully supportive of Alibaba keep up the great work and we will stay inside where its safe and secure.

If you can spare the time to compare prices, & you don't want the goods in a hurry, this is a great site.

I have been buying on Alibaba for many years and I recommend that it is the best shopping application, the rates may be a little high but it is a great B2B buying platform

Basically, I felt secured with my purchasing through the trade assurance. There was only one company, whom I dealt to do a prototype of my shoe designs that I wanted produced in China, but they failed to do the exact designs I gave them to do. They modified my design and two pairs among the 5 prototypes I asked them to do, they sent me with both right foot of the shoes. That's very disappointing and unprofessional. Whilst I have paid them what we agreed as fees for my shoe prototypes.

I placed an order with Alibaba yesterday for my nonprofit. My bank texted me that the transaction went through at 7:50 a.m. for almost $1,000. Today, I heard from Alibaba that my transaction was cancelled and that to resubmit the transaction, I would need to send them a copy of my drivers license and social security number. No US retailer could ask for that information. BEWARE, Sending this data would allow them to steal your identity.

Was very skeptical about using this site and was cautious because of the cost of shipping on the items. We placed one order and it came back faster and better than expected. I like the site for buying products for our store. And I will continue to use. I have not had any issues yet with any supplier, however I try to make sure that Im using the ones that have trade assurance and are verified.

I have been in contact with a lot of suppliers and manufacturers through Alibaba and through the years we have not only built business partnerships but friendships that transcends the boundaries of race and culture. I am so grateful because through Alibaba I got to meet friends in China who are wonderful and exceptional people... We Filipinos really need to learn from you! I have order more then one time from Alibaba.com, seller communication was little difficult, but still can understand. There are some seller that talks to you in very good way that you can trust them without even saying the product, but then after paying they start telling you that this product is no longer available but there is different product that matches your order.and sometime you do not receive the product as you requested.

Buyers get bad treatment from Alibaba Trade Assurance Team as despite providing the proof, evidence of the damaged and wrong items getting through their bad and fraudulent suppliers is very pathetic. Once they get your dollars they don't care and make bad decisions in favour of the bad and cheat sellers. I will not recommend anyone buying from this bad website and bad sellers of theirs. Everything seems so fishes and lies on this website. All you get is wrong and bad items and missing items. Basically now it has become a shame on Chinese products. All the Countries are boycotting buying from China because of their bad policies and substandard low-quality items supplied by them. I will not buy any product from them and will discard the use of their products from now on.

Recently bought some surveillance cameras through Ali Express from Vision Cool. The cameras work but came damaged on the finish. At best the product looked as if it was refurbished not new in box. The plain packaging it came in would also indicate that the consumer packaging was not available. After disputing the purchase the seller offered a $10 refund and to ship replacement covers for the damaged ones. I agreed just to resolve the matter. Once my payment processed to him he disappeared and won't respond to e-mails. I'm angry and upset with the deceit. Ali Express goes through the motions of making it look like a dispute is being handled but they rule in favor of the seller. That's not to say that they are all bad. I'm merely saying do your research before you hit the pay button. Know what the pit falls are to refunds and the credibility of whom you are dealing with on the other end. BUYER BEWARE. As for Nicholas at Vision Cool... THIEF, LIAR and a PIECE OF $#*!E! Good Luck!

All the suppliers whom I dealt with are undoubtedly helpful, friendly and confident. I am really happy about the product quality and the prices, however hefty shipping costs are something to consider in the future. Free shipping like Amazon prime may be very well received here.

I had no idea what the protocol was to order from Ali Baba and at first it all seemed quite complex but I got some good tips and instructions as I went along, which helped a lot. The order page and tracking data was very accurate and useful. Overall, a positive experience with no complaints!

Alibaba is the worst site ever met in my life. I ordered a product received product was so bad. I returned the goods back to the supplier, as he told me he will refund once he gets the goods. But he didn't. I complained in Alibaba with all documents and communication evidence. Alibaba, at last, says your complaint is not genuine, so it's closed. You cannot contact Alibaba team to describe your experience and all. Its a fake site. Dont trust and buy from it.

I have only been using Alibaba for a few months now but I find it extremely easy and intuitive. The ability to place orders, make payments, track deliveries and have the Trade Assurance all in one place and sitting behind all my transactions is very encouraging.

These shoes came out perfect. They were comfortable and super light weight!
