I purchased a trade assured order that had a supply price and delivery guarantee. I get messaged from the supplier after purchasing that the information isn't correct, apply for a refund. He refused to accept the refund when I put the reason as incorrect supply information as he says he gets fined. He only accepts when I put another reason but says I will recieve the alibaba trading fee back.Over a month later, I am still out the $70 USD fee for an order that had this "trade assurance." So much for customer protection. Been in contact with customer service agents non stop and they always claim they will escalate it to a senior team. Then nothing happens from it.

My partner and I purchased the Buyer's Protection at the time we purchased 60 machines. The machines were faulty and useless. Even the manufacture sent a tech out. He eventually and the manufacturer also admitted the machines were faulty. 8 months of sending documents, videos, photos and sworn statements from our customers, technicians and ourselves. Alibaba promises are worthless. Very poor follow ups. Months and months we paid for a storage unit so they could send someone out. More expenses to us. Been in business 45 years. Never seen a more worthless organization than Alibaba

Lina is awesome! Worked. Above and beyond. She is very communicative and available all hours, very hard working. She will find the best quality. She even replaced my missing items for free. She extended customer service like we do it here in the US. Buy with confidence and goods are high quality.

Looked for suppliers for a specific product we require.
Didn't receive a large amount of responses but did get contact with one supplier who is great to work with.

Overall good experience. It was a little tricky to navigate the platform regarding the ability to getting a buyer number and setting up payment. I thought I had ordered the product and paid in full only to find that 2 weeks later I still owed $20 and my products were not shipped.

The tracking process is really lacking and the insurance? If the damaged item was not replaced I'm not sure what they would of done since they just "assumed" it was delivered! Also, logging in is such a pain. Not impressed. Take notes from Amazon if you don't want to be out of the business in a few years or less...

I was a little nervous at first using the platform, but that feeling quickly went away. It is an amazing platform and website. So much help available. Is a great community.

If you use this platform as intended, you will not be disappointed. Order samples from gold members at fair and reasonable prices. Check with other vendors for price matching of like quality and create a relationship with the supplier. Don't be rude and most of the vendors will be very helpful. Many products have multiple vendors and it is up to you to do your homework. If the prices are too good to be true, then the quality will reflect this standard. Check the business out in their profile and cross reference who they are and how they operate. Start a dialog and create a business relationship. This site is intended to put the international community together for commerce and trade. All business dealings are a risk. How you conduct yourself and your business can help to reduce or mitigate this risk factor. Act professional and courteous. Well Done Alibaba!

On time delivery dispatch and all items are as per the design we selected to order, satisfied with overall service. I recently ordered a shipment directly from China through Alibaba.com. I am very happy with the product and felt secure ordering through their site. It was my first transaction with them and will definitely not be my last. Thank you Alibaba for making my transaction possible and risk free.

I applied for a partial refund on an order due to the plugs on the hairdryer not being correct for Australia and the printing on the box was spelled incorrectly on a number of words. Alibaba with their promises of trade assurance amounted to a waste of time as Alibaba sided with the Chinese Manufacturer despite us being able to prove via photos that the product was not usable in Australia.

It is as we have come to expect "deal with China and you will get ripped off

This was my first project sourcing something outside the US. I was skeptical of the quality, but my lapel pins looked exactly like the vision I had in my head. Alibaba has definitely expanded the possibilities of developing products that were too time-intensive or costly to make anywhere else.

A transaction is complete only when the product reach destination. I received notice that transaction was complete when product was shipped. I had to contact supplier who was very collaborative. But this put in doubt the mechanism. This need to be adjusted. You can copy on Aliexpress.

The other way round, I have liked the shopping experience, being able to meet with those suppliers who are trustworthy.

I'm glad I found Alibaba. I have a very small business and it is a good place to purchase product or you can make a couple of dollars and also use it for my personal stuff and so far most all of them that I have

I bought $2000 worth of LED rope lights to test one of the suppliers on Alibaba.
They claimed they are the manufacturer, found out they were not.
They shipped me the cheapest close out+ damage goods they could find and when it came to using the Alibaba's "trade assurance", found out it is nothing but empty promises.
Stay away from Alibaba and it's claim of trade assurance.

I liked the way Alibaba constantly wrote personal reminders on the safeguards we should follow before hitting any approval button. For example, upon receipt of my parcel and visually inspecting it, I was so excited and I went to the page to confirm receipt of the goods, but there was the reminder... "Are you sure you want to confirm receipt before testing your goods?" I actually did not confirm at that time until a qualified installation was done, testing confirmed that the spare parts are working and then I confirmed.

This seller promised 5-7 business days shipping. Right after they took my money they ignore me for over 1 month. No matter how many times I send them a message they didn't reply to my email. They cut out the communication completely.

I promised my local customers with the product in 5-7 business day and I had not thing to give them. I made many of my customers angry because I didn't keep up with my promises all because this seller didn't communicate nor send me the product.

After 1 month and half, the seller finally send 1 message. Instead of apologize and try to fix it, he said that I will not receive this price in the future. This is the worst experience that I have every got from a professional company.

I have been ordering from OhYeah for a few years now. Their sales team has always been professional and willing to help. Whenever I am not happy with a purchase they listen to my complaints and actually take my suggestions. They also offer to replace any items I am not happy with for free. I have dealt directly with their sales team who responds immediately and keeps you updated with your orders. The quality of their items are usually good with some being a better quality and standard that I expect. I would recommend that you read the measurements and materials before purchasing. The plus sizes tend to run a size or two smaller if you are of African decent. Otherwise I am very pleased.
