You hear some warnings about doing business with Alibaba, and I still think that isn't easy to do deals on it, but the true was that once I did the buy, it was delivered faster than expected. I Received 3 damaged boxes of 63 in total, the product was in good condition, but the damaged boxes don't let me to sale it. I hope keep learning about doing business with Alibaba.com and I hope we could do it with the USA restrictions

The materials of the product is good. Exactly like the description. My only comment is there is so much excess thread on the products so I have to cut them all before I sell it. The opp packaging is also very thin and its ripped right away so i have to tape it.

The shipping is a little longer than I expected. Even though you pay for express shipping. The seller is not very responsive so expect 1 day before she response.

I love Alibaba. Everything is very professional and secure. I feel always safe if I make orders on Alibaba!

This platform is great, makes it so easy to reach manufacturing and trade companies, we have lots of quality products imported true this great service. Since you do business with companies you don't know, trade assurance is great, for a little fee you know your money is safe.

Chose the right manufacture and do your research and this site works so well and is very safe. I am a first time buyer just starting out and I have had no problems what so ever. And all payments are secure again as long as you do your research and go with Trade assurance, verified supplier and gold members and you will be fine.

Alibaba trade assurance is not real, its fake and they will never ever favor in the buyer. I have yet to hear a success story in the recent years. They no longer care about customers. They are the worst and you should avoid trusting alibaba trade assurance. I had a supplier who did not ship our goods unless we paid more money, the goods were detained after we paid in full unless we paid more money. Alibaba did not refund us for the goods that we ordered and paid for and told us that we needed to pay more money to this scam of a business. Alibaba gets paid by the suppliers so they only care about supplier and has no interest in protecting the buyer. There are other sites you can use so just use them and dont even bother paying the fees for alibaba trade assurance. Its not legit.

There are great products that can be found at great prices with the right research. The Requests for Quotation are very helpful too, using the tags in your messages makes it easier to keep track especially is you have multiple RFQs

I should of known when Alibaba offered trade assurance and protection- FREE with your order.

They will always side against the buyer :( and you will not get your deposit should you decide you do not want to continue business with scammers.

Only one complaint... when I made the order I specified the provider, through chat, a feature regarding the connector or plug, I requested it type USA and sent it as EU type, I will have to buy it separately. They just skipped that specification, from then on, everything perfect.

Spend some time on the instructional videos before you start your order process. I jumped right in and found the process a bit cumbersome. Now that I have gotten more familiar I like it. I have only ordered samples at this point so I can't comment on Trade Assurance but so far so good

I encountered a very bad experience on Alibaba. I paid $******* on Alibaba through their Trade Assurance. The shipping method in the sales contract is Express. However, the seller failed to do it. I had to wait 2 months to get the goods! We suffered a big loss because of the late shipment. But Alibaba did not help me anything to get the refund or compensation although i submitted all the sufficient evidences. Alibaba promises thousand things if the customers use their Trade Assurance, but when a dispute happens they will not support anything. The dispute process takes extremely long, then finally you will get the answer that you can not get a refund nor return the goods. So stay away from Alibaba if you do not want to lose money!

Ive made one order and received it today. Soo far everything is great! The product is as described. Summer is very friendly and easy to deal with. The package was shipped and received in an efficient time.

I order 3 times in this site and my 1st order got hold by BOC of the Philippines and they charge me a lot because of (under value) which is the sellers fault. Thanks to trade assurance it is included in our contract that i can get a refund if it is the seller faults why i receive big customs/duties taxes. And the rest is good.

Good experience as a 1st time buyer. Still at the infant stage to really understand the shipping process & cost. It seems the shipping cost is almost the same price as the product cost for smaller quantities which could discourage buying. If Alibaba could provide a much cheaper alternatives than what the supplier can provide, that will be great

Your protection provided to customers through your Trade Assurance contract is the best thing that happened to the world after sliced bread. I confidently buy through you knowing you have my back and have in-built protection to prevent swindlers from cheating. Alibaba forever.

I have worked with Daisy multiple times over the last several years. She has always been very accommodating. She is thorough in her communication and willing to make as many edits as needed to my designs. She is always open to my requests. I absolutely adore her and wish I could meet her some day to thank her, personally, for being such an outstanding sales/design liaison.

I was shipped towels that I ordered. ** rated company. I received scraps from their junk bin. When i complained I was advised i had to go through arbitration. JOKE. Supplier offered to take them back if i paid shipping. Shipping would cost what my refund would be. I rejected the offer. Arbitrators then ruled in favor of supplier.

The sales agent and I both had difficulty because the designer seemed to be careless and lacking of skills needed to make a satisfactory customer pleasing printed product. The sales agent had to go out of her way and go do his job to print acceptable customized laser printed sample brushes with proper alignment. The company needs to replace the designer with ones that values customers needs and works as hard as this sales agent that took my order or the company will loose customers if the designer is stubborn because they lack the skills or is completely lazy and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. If there was a section for rating designer, I would rate the lowest star available. Huge burden on company
