Alibaba

It is getting harder to find products on alibaba because searching, for example, product + blue, returns items that are either product OR blue, and so many more "hits" that are not at all relevant to the search.

This is my first time ordering some items with Alibaba. I hope to continue doing the same. The logistic is the main issue to trade online, due to high expenses on shipment.
I will continue purchasing as it was an exciting step done recently.

I purchased infant toys from here. The experience itself was pretty straightforward and above board; however, shortly after the transaction was completed, my cell phone was getting slammed with spam texts. Don't give them your cell phone number.

While the initial use of alibaba could be overwhelming and borderline discouraging, after learning how to navigate thru their site and interact with manufactures i no longer worry about the legitimacy of Alibaba.com. We were very excited to see our new product. The material is of high quality and the design very stylish... better then the pictures on the website. Laura was an excellent person to work with. I look forward to doing much more business with her in the future.

The process was a lot faster this time round as it was a reorder. The product was packaged appropriately and in good working order once again. The only issue is that it's an AU 3-Pin plug but the supplier has kindly provided a British adaptor along with it.

Trade assurance for buying internationally is a big plus especially for less than a container load. It allows a good introduction for trading partners to build relationships with minimal risk. Very happy to keep using Alibaba, the more you use and learn the system the easier it gets.

I am using alibaba.com since 2012 (almost 10 yrs ago), even if there is a doubt, it will be solved immediately.
alibaba.com is my first solution for orders and meeting a professional suppliers. I am visiting it 2 - 5 times/week

Was banned because I signed up via the app, which puts the account details into the database incorrectly. Confirmed this both with a new test account and by talking to support. They refused to correct the error, saying it was my fault and I had to go through a proper process to appeal my account which was rejected for the same reason I was incorrectly banned in the first place. 0/10, would rather purchase from a less sketchy careless site.

The products generally arrived on time (the time to come from China for certain products and sometimes less than that which I observe when I place an order in France), the correspondents are always of very high quality and very "accommodating".
Purchasing management system and contact with the correspondent is extremely user-friendly and practical.
The only downside is the price of transport, but we must admit that France is a bit far from China

Its easy to use and great for Amazon sellers. Some of the supplier are not good with the product quality but some how Alibaba take care of it. My Payments is safe when I use Alibaba Trade Assurance payment system.

Our U.S.-based company needed to purchase three handheld PVC scanners and with Alibaba and I was able to reach out to a couple of reputable vendors/manufacturers. It was nice to receive answers to all my questions from the various vendors, and that helped me to choose the perfect vendor for us. Additionally, Alibaba made our purchase easy and secure. Once we paid for our items, we received them in 72 hours and in perfect condition. We plan to return to the Alibaba marketplace in the future.

Note: We deal with Chinese manufacturers on a daily basis. People who use Alibaba should be aware that this is truly a marketplace. There is no same day delivery and there will be a lag in communications due to time zone differences. Our day is their night, so be patient.

I used to love AliExpress until I did order two crowns from store Forseven. They shipped just one of two crowns, and sent me report that "the order completed"... I was in shock when opened the package and did not find my full order; it was just one crown inside but the seller claimed the order has been completed. I messaged them: where is the other crown?! Only after my question the store wrote to me, "it was a New Year Holiday and the item was out of stock.". How to connect these two reasons? Why was NOT I notified that the item was out of stock? Why it took too much time to explain? I felt terrible like I am lying and just trying to steal their stuff! My wish is this store going bankrupt. My order was **************. I hate liars and negligence. That store is shook my trust in AliExpress from which I ordered a lot of products.

Not only the seller is helpful but also Alibaba is always monitoring the steps undertaken with the transaction.
During each stage of the process Alibaba sends a reminders and memos that pop up on your email to remind and assist!
Very Helpful site with a HUGE data base with a wide range of pricing albeit sometime repetitive sellers on the pages but you eventually get the hang of it.
We don't regret ever migrating to Alibaba from Amazon

Aside my products being delivered in great shape the quality is also great.
Daisy made my purchase easy and she helped me along the way. My products arrived on time from China to Atlanta. She has some of the best communication skills. I cant stress how much i really enjoyed her she is very smart and skilled. I highly recommend her.

Lisa was very helpful and patient. All goods were of exceptional quality and well packaged. The parts were sent instantly, however the only drawback was the red-tape with the Bulgarian Customs who stalled delivery despite all correct paperwork and appeared to be disappointed (for want of a better expression) as all goods declared were in the box when they opened it!

I admit that at first i was very hesitant to attempt to purchase thru Alibaba. But after browsing the site and communicating with the individual sellers, I became relieved of my suspicions and purchased. Alibaba appears to have many checks and balances that give you security. Most vendors were easy to communicate with, but only a few were there language barriers.

It is so much fun working on alibaba, so many items and suppliers! Not always easy to find the right supplier and you need to be willing to wait a month before items arrive, overall I think there is not much better way to buy stock out there. Especially if you just started an online business and cannot buy huge quantity.
