I just recently made my first order with Alibaba and was pleasantly surprised with just how easy it was. I thought it might be a bit different, than what I'm used to just because of the cultural difference, but that wasn't the case. Any American who has used Amazon can use this just as easy, if not easier. Plus I found that using Alibaba was actually better than the other online retail conglomerates since here you are still able to work directly with the actual seller, in many cases live, and not some middleman at the website. If you are looking for an easy, stress-free experience to purchase almost anything, then your hunt is over.

I ordered an LED flashlight, it arrived today, 10 days after being shipped. Upon inspection the charger fell apart the first time I tried to use it. There's an 'Open Dispute' button my account, which i immediately tried to do, but this wouldn't work. I contacted Ali customer Service, who were patronising and unhelpful, they said that the 10-day period for complaint was over, due to the slow shipping time. So I have no right for refund... Quite incredibly bad service; more so, just dishonest.
I don't recommend anybody buying anything from this website.

Makes B2B and B2C interactions easy and haven't experienced any issues since I started using it. One also has to be careful of bogus suppliers. Always read reviews and check if supplier isregistered for trade protection and Verified.

As a product design firm, our experience, sourcing manufacturing through Alibaba has been exceptional. It provides search and filtering tools that are not found elsewhere. Their trade assurance, provides a buffer towards unknown suppliers until trust is established and is actually effective (we did have to utilize it a couple of times without a hitch). Also, the shear popularity and volume of choices outclasses any other similar site. The quality of the suppliers you find is only limited by your own research potential.

This site is a joke. I was contacted to confirm what I wanted; then, the order was just cancelled without warning, additional communicationNOTHING. So ridiculous?! Save your time & money. Shop elsewhere for your own piece of mind.

Do not buy from this company for home improvement items on Alibaba. They will get the order incorrect. Shipment resulted in heavily damaged items due to poor shipping preparation. They say the refund, but wont. And they reduced their amount of agreed refund after the agreement. No replaced items were ever sent, even though at purchase they guaranteed full insurance (CIF) and they agreed to send some replacement items. They will ignore you if there are problems. I bought many products from China. Not only the quality is really under what you could buy in Europe even made in China, but there is absolutely no customer service nor real guarantee. I bought goods from a listed Alibaba trade assured, verified company. Goods were as described, sale and delivery efficiently handled. Seller helpful and friendly with good communication. Payment via Alibaba pay portal was easy and secure.

I have used Alibaba for many of my products. It is a great source for everyday products at economical prices but only if you are willing to buy in Bulk. New traders on a low budget cannot benefit from the extortionate shipping charges. Suppliers advertise prices and a very reasonable price. But when delivery charges are added, the total price per item turns out to greater than the same product being sold on Amazon or eBay!
I do find it difficult to communicate with suppliers due to language and translation barriers. The time difference between the UK and China means I have to stay awake till late or start communicating around 5 am. Furthermore, the suppliers multitask and take a long time to respond and this wastes a lot of my time.

I am working here since 8 years and added 2000+ indian exporters with Alibaba.com for their export promotion, they got satisfactory bulk order business from all over the world. Yes I don't have experience in Import and specially from China so I can't comment regarding buying through Alibaba.

Feel free if you are enthusiastic for Export promotion through Alibaba.com, means you want to Sell your products in Bulk quantity and in International Market only.

May be i am extremely lucky but all the time customer service outstanding, very high quality. As for pricing i do not want even discuss ( about 4 -5 times less.)
Even if not consider prices the quality and customer service exceed what i can get in USA.
Everything is customized to your needs parts and supplies available with a few days send by air for more than reasonable prices.

This is my second Alibaba purchase. It is simple to use their site. I personally only had confusion set in with customs. Everything else was smooth sailing and once I understood what was required of customs, even that wasn't too bad. I will be using for future purchases.

My experience with this company was great. Couldn't have gone any better. Shipping could be quicker. However I understood the international shortages due to the ongoing pandemic. Extremely satisfied with the product and my client will be as well once she receives her merchandise. It is exactly the same as described in the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful transaction.

Alibaba represents any vendor with no credibility checks, background assessment or the like. They are an Amazon wannabe without the credibility or morals.
One of their vendors scammed us on a total lie about the product (flower baskets) being sold through Alibaba.
Upon contacting Alibaba we learned the refund and complaint process is intentionally complicated to discourage using the site.
Alibaba is just another China based liar.

You have to do your due diligence but overall its the best site, you get to meet manufacturers as well as wholesalers who provide you with all the details and are ready to answer your questions. I will definitely be buying more.

I bought a beauty device which arrived and didn't work, the supplier told me to unscrew the machine and move something electrical inside. Firstly this is dangerous and unprofessional. Then the ultrasound didn't work, button at the back overheating and so I asked for a full refund. Cecilia from the dispute section, didn't deal with me fairly, I couldn't upload photos, she told me to contact through an email which didn't exist, my time was run out even though I have one hour left! Don't bother with a dispute they're all on the side of the sellers even though it's a complete faulty machine and the sellers were lying. Amy Beauty equipment manufacturers is the name of this company, beware! Do not buy from them. I have tried re opening the dispute but there is no way I can do it. I've lost 900 dollars and not a happy customer.
