I like this site. I've just started using it for my new business and it hasn't failed me. Many maufacters are trade companies and sifting through the abundance to find what you want is made easy with the search feature which I actually like a lot.

Easy to do business with.
I had previously used Alibaba.com to place an order and had no issues.
So I chose to do a repeat thru their website. This tim it was just as successful

Bought a new USB receiver for a mouse and keyboard. Waited 6 weeks and was about to accept that i got scammed when it finally arrived, only to find out i got sent a broken product. Well good luck sending something back to the other side of the planet. I'll stick with more trustworthy websites from now on.

Very user friendly and supper quick... Great service for every buyers like finding new suppliers. Also support many payment terms helps very much. Pretty good products have with many category so easy to find and selct best fit one for us

This company have a professional service. Everything goes smooth and on time. Good received in a good matter and are all what was expected.
The only thing is by Alibaba always, that the shipping cost are to high, at least for those who order not big volumes.
If you would have a service like "Lazada" for shipping it will boost your business immensely

Just received etrike & comes practically fully assembled with very little work required which is good since there was no manual or instructions provided but that wasn't a problem since there was good communication with supplier so probably would have download instructions available (as I did with the other 2 folding electric bikes purchased). Thought it would be big & bulky but easy enough to assemble in my living room! Lol. It was a long trip here from Asia but arrival time was very near what supplier estimated. Very professional to do business with & language differences did not present a barrier so the process was easy.

I used to drop-ship 10yrs ago, when money was tight, now i find myself back and a time of need. Alibaba has come a long way. Everything about your interface is up to date, and very easy to use. Plus contacting and communicating with sellers is a lot easier now. Thank You Alibaba!

Shenzhen Longhua Lindonn Electronic Factory was very thorough and shared videos of product in operation prior to shipping. After shared I was even asked to confirm if these units were satisfactory for my needs. Exact items from the videos were received in perfect condition in less than week half way across the globe. They took extra care when shipping and used plenty of packaging material to keep items safe.

First of all try to use review sites and pick a particular item from a certain seller. I read here http://skuguru.com

Second - read reviews on the aliexpress. 50% of them are fake, but you need to find the real ones.

If you do both things above then chances of buying a scum are minimum.

I like Alibaba.com - its easy to use and has all the functionality you would expect. My only complaint is the payment portal to South Africa, the transaction fails many, many times before going through. I wish this would be sorted out.

After good communication with multiple suppliers of the desired product, I received my order in very quick time, a week.
Throughout the process I was reassured by the Trade Assurance that Alibaba provides.

Alibaba is an excellent Internet platform for trading with good insurance payment. It also provides a secure environment for making contract and for relevant conversation between suppliers and buyers.

I was able to purchase a good supply of bike chains at a third of the price. The website seems very secure. The supplier communicated through the website. This is great for avoiding suppliers from filling your email with other offers.

There some details to pay attention when you're negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers, like respect agreement in negotiation is fundamental, ship on time etc.
I suggest you ask as many questions as you can during the chat to keep record for any disputes. There also people who try to take advantage assuming you don't know nothing. But there also other people that want to help you to complete your goal in order to complete their own and that is the one you need to find in order to satisfy both parts.

Good experience, the only problem was that when a company put a sample on Alibaba but they cannot produce the same item sometime because they try to copy others but my suggestion is that every company must have their own samples.

Purchased a watch on their site. They replied to my question very quickly, before i purchased. Delivery comms were good and the watch came much faster than expected. Quality of the product also very good. I will use Alibaba again.
