Alibaba website has feature where you can enter what looking for to get many quotes. Very nice feature. I received about 10 quotes! You have to do your due diligence when researching if company will meet your needs, but definitely very good. If I could give 6 stars I would!

So far I received only quality items - received in time! All watches was very well packed. Any prospective buyer should carefully look at the sellers credentials. I had a few mishaps, but was in time to cancel the order and the amount was refunded. Make sure to use trade assurance.

It was my first time on line purchase, and it is quite intimidating exposing yourself to strangers. However, the service provider, Monica Shi, really took me through the process and allayed my fears. Within 5 days the order had moved from the factory in China to my gate in Nelspruit, South Africa. Wow, How Wonderful. I'm so elated that I now have to order my consignment without travelling anywhere.

Very easy to use and find a gold supplier that is trustworthy, before all this i had placed an order through an Alibaba supplier and was burnt but it didn't have the security and pay back back then so they have fixed up the problems and would gladly use again.

I have bought an Electric Wood Shredder & Chipper from Anyang Ainuok Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.
Mr. Simon was very helpful in choosing the machine that would handle the shredding and chipping of woods in my farm. Alibaba facilitated getting the correct company and the company through Mr. Simon helped me a lot. So far it seems the product once it arrives will do all my wood shredding - Of course the machine has not arrived yet, but the shipping is on the way and will wait for its arrival.

This is my first purchase with alibaba.com and my shopping experience is really awesome. It's messaging portal is very helpful and able to connect the seller quickly and get every details about the product before I order.
The product is shipped quickly and got it with in 2 weeks to USA (Chicago).
The product is selling nearly $200 more here. Shipping is bit more, but if you consider the overall price, it worth it.
I am really happy about this purchase.

Ordered a NEW engine head was sent a rebuilt head and wrong one too. When I tried to file for refund after filling out online form it would not let me sent the form. Tried a link on there web page for complaints
And got 505 gate BAD LINK. Kiss off $500.00

It is very important when one is happy, to tell everybody about it. I normally do not spend time on evaluations like this here today - but we have had 5 very positive experiences with Alibaba - the first ones - and the suppliers whom we have engaged with, via Alibaba - are very professional.

The Alibaba.com site is a bit complex, however - when you try to use it for some time, you will understand that it is necessary as you will often be dealing with a lot of suppliers at the same time.

There is a remarkable congruence between what we order, and what arrives.

I was afraid to make my first international order through Alibaba, because of the information coming from Ali-express customers, who complained about the quality of products (. The experience I got was totally in opposite. I am happy with the platform and the way it works. I've found a perfect supplier and the product exactly the one I was looking for.

DO NOT USE ALIBABA... Not even going to give them a star... shame you cant have minus stars. I bought from a company they said was reliable ACD Supplies... turns out to be a nigerian address after i traced their IP address from their e-mail to me( which i wish i had done before i had paid them). Paid money and that was the last i saw of it... they then even asked if i could send more as the price had gone up. Thanks Alibaba.NOT!. There are much better and trustworthy wholesale sites to use.Use them instead ( not Dhgate though).

I've used this process a couple of times now and its so easy. Just find the product you like, shop around and find a decent supplier. A good one will even help you if you are not sure on how to do the financial part. So far, I have used Alibaba twice and have had an easy and reliable experience.

The quality of the masks I received from Alibaba was excellent. There were no masks that were poorly sewed. All were well-constructed. I could tell they were all inspected. I did not find defective products and am very well pleased with them. I believe those making the masks take pride in their work because it shows in the finished product.

I purchased salon stations, sinks and chair, the company advertise tru alibaba, and when I receive the products their are following apart, horrible manufacture, on web site posted trough Alibaba.com their offer warranty and now after sending pictures and try to communicate with the seller and alibaba, their saying that can't do anything ( let me express that I bought the stuffs only 1 month ago), alilaba continue to allowed this company to advertising there but yet their have no responsibility with anything, that's is wrong, be very careful buying from this company and this website!

I have ordered a Bluetooth speaker from aliexpress.com which is under alibaba.com, the order was made on 5th may 2016 but as of today I haven't received the item, when i was inquired About I got different statements from one of the customer care representative named Esther, first she stated that item has Arrived in destination Which is UAE further she stated that item might have gone missing then she promised to rearrange the shipment and provided with new tracking no and website page to track it, again I got disappointed when I tried to track it it won't show any signs of shipment, I am totally frustrated with my first ever experience with alibaba.com

I liked the rating system for the suppliers and the Quality Assurance Program that gave me some peace of mind when ordering, as I had to pay in advance. Instructions and communications were clear and there was no confusion. Service was prompt and pleasant.
