Complete newb and first time user for Alibaba. Might get overwhelmed from the amount of options available on the site. Site has good seller and buyer policies so that if anything happens, disputes can be addressed accordingly. Haven't had to use it, but knowing about it really helps with the process of making an order. Just made first order and it was very easy process with timely confirmations of progress. Will be using again in the future for sure!

Alibaba was a little confusing during set up due to language issues but once we had set up and made our first purchase it has been very positive, easy and plain sailing. We will definitely be using Alibaba again and can thoroughly recommend it!

Hopefully, I never had any issues with alibaba orders. I bought a lot of things last year and everything was perfect. I was able to deal with the seller and they always try their best to meet with all my requirements. Very professional sellers.

I have ordered a Bluetooth speaker from aliexpress.com which is under alibaba.com, the order was made on 5th may 2016 but as of today I haven't received the item, when i was inquired About I got different statements from one of the customer care representative named Esther, first she stated that item has Arrived in destination Which is UAE further she stated that item might have gone missing then she promised to rearrange the shipment and provided with new tracking no and website page to track it, again I got disappointed when I tried to track it it won't show any signs of shipment, I am totally frustrated with my first ever experience with alibaba.com

Be mindful of the quality of products know what you want request specs including video to have as proof just incase of any mishaps and speak regularly with the supplier. Do your homework, take measurements when necessary and always notify supplier of issues immediately, most do not want to refund and will offer initally minor resolution for example 10.00 refund for a 100.00 order of an item that is too small.

Doing my business here I must say is now built on trust. My business has grown within a short period of buying from Alibaba quality products, meeting trustworthy suppliers and communicating on the same level of understanding.
With all these and more I say thanks to Alibaba.

Products are of very good quality. The larger sizes were somewhat small, but I was very satisfied when they arrived. Shipping took longer than I expected, however, that maybe attributable to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

After checking, we notice the supplier's Alibaba.com account used to be hacked during the transaction. As a neutral information exchange platform, rather than any law enforcement authorities, we couldn't do anything if their account has been hacked. Thus we are unable to help you further for this trade dispute issue. Consequently, your complaint case has to be closed now.

I ordered a water jet device with ozone through Amazon. Huaer Electro-Optics Technology Company. Item was missing parts when it arrived. No power adapter and only 4 of the 10 water jet tips were enclosed. I emailed Huaer, without any response. Since were not in China, I guess they expect us to accept the fact that they screwed us.

Have not needed to dispute or seek support; so far my experiences have been excellent for 10 years. Perhaps I have been fortunate in my selection of suppliers; there is a lot of homework invested in each purchase which requires a lot of time. There are a multitude of suppliers listed with Alibaba. I do not trust easily; it has to be earned. Considering the logistics of overseas transactions, it is hoped that my good fortune continues. There is no substitute for direct communication with a supplier or his agent; again, there are many options listed with Alibaba for everything under the sun.

Will list a low price just to get you interested and then when you make an inquiry it will have changed. You should be held to the price you put originally. It's only fair. How can one trust you with their money if you can't keep your word to begin with? Did buy a blitz replica grille that came quick and was good quality, mixed results. Take your chances if you'd like. The grill didnt have mounting tabs, there is that.

Coming from a new reseller, I've been looking for sites to work with that are easy to understand and wont kill your start-up money. Alibaba is, by far, the easiest site that I have found. They made it nice and simple to upload my business info, get approved and guaranteed me that my payments will be protected. Being new, I don't know all of the scams that are out there yet, Alibaba makes sure that I have the tools to find suppliers that where rated and confirmed a legit company.

My experience with this transaction was excellent. I received good customer service, shipping was quick the goods were good quality.
The only issue I have is with the lack of written or video installation instructions, that is one point in which the Chinese company could really improve.

I can now give my customers the availability to purchase motorized shades at a affordable cost. The product i find to be very good quality and, performs very well. I've been testing it with aggressiveness. I will be ordering more with this company in the near future.

Their order procedure is a little bit struggle. Once you sent the inquires then you have to add all the items again in your cart which is spending more times than other suppliers.

Each time you asking for a processing update all you got is during processing now, you never get specific answers whether is packaging or shipping, even out of stock.

I've been told there is something out of stock when the package arrived already, and I have to request a refund, But I 've asked the same question about 3 times "do you have any of them out of stock before that.

Finally, when I ask this guy is anything you don't understand or I did not express my question clear, he was losing patience and ask me sending the package back and never wants to deal with me, that's ridiculous.

After all that pain experience, the products themselves are actually not bad, but 10 pairs of earrings are missing the back, so beware of that.

It's really so easy to order from Alibaba.com website supplier. Once done, you have always a following of your order.

Just a black point (perhaps I didn't find where and how)... Difficult to get a reply from a physical person (and not a bot) on chat room.

The website itself is extremely straight forward and easy to navigate. The message centre is a brilliant feature. The site is brilliant in both PC and mobile format. Mobile format will give you notifications if you wish and has its own notification sound; so you know when it is Alibaba! It's been extremely safe to use. I love all the policies and contracts in place to ensure your safety on their site too, it gives you peace of mind. Alibaba has been essential in assisting me to find stock and products and manufacturers to launch my company. Alibaba also have manufacturers/suppliers from all over the world, so even if you preferred local manufacturers/suppliers you can filter you search for your specified region. (for example, united kingdom). 10/10 highly recommend.

I received messages saying to me that my time to request for a refund was over when the product never reached my company yet. I think they dont pay attention to they are hiring as many of the sale representative dont want to try. Or if there is a problem with the product they no longer respond to you. I had set quite a big about to spent on here but i am close to change my mind,. Some things that they sales is so expensive that i would have to sale it here in Canada 4x the price to make a small catch up of my money after i am done paying for all the taxes... when they say 0.060- 0.070 that is a huge $%^%#&. I never received any really good price that makes me wanna come back but im gonna try one more time

No doubt there are some suppliers who work the system to their advantage and cheat customers but, like eBay, is there anything better than Alibaba? I think not. Buyers still must be careful and do the work to be sure that they are getting what they ordered. Those who are not happy should consider not buying items over the Internet, especially from overseas. Amazon gets fleeced by thieves but, with the help of buyers, minimizes the problem. Alibaba has a tougher task. They could do a lot more in helping buyers with the web of local regulations buyers face when importing items from other countries, especially those shipped by sea or rail. I'm buying farm machinery from China and the brokers pretty much fleece buyers with expected fees and charges to do utterly routine, simple, and easy tasks. U.S. Import laws are extremely complex and it takes a lot research to unsnaggle it all. There are helpful sites concerning this that Alibaba could refer buyers to that would really help.
