We've been doing business with them for over a year, and they were helpful when problems arose. For example, they replaced faulty parts, worked with us when we needed additional documents for customs, air transport and more. We're continuing business with them and are satisfied with the phones so far (we ordered 5 different models over the year).

I purchase usually 25 units a week. They are processed within two days and by the third day, I usually have tracking information. You couldn't want better customer service than Alice gives you. I wouldn't be more pleased and would recommend the company to any potential buyer.

The product is extremely easy to use and it works on Chrome OS which is perfect for me because my register doubles as a back up desktop. So in between customers I can update my digital menu board without having to run to the back office. I love their prepackage screen layouts, I think the menu slides provided really came out great. I can not stress enough how easy it was to create, set up and edit on the fly this product was. I initially never gave a digital menu any thought because it seemed to expensive and out of reach. I am a new small business and they gave me two screens for a great price per month. I believe it is a wonderful value for the money and can see myself using it for many years to come! Highly recommend.

So far, I have had two Customer Representatives, I lost contact with the first--I lost her address and forgot which representative I was dealing with--but she was truly terrific. Then I began my relationship with the second who is also a very wonderful person to deal with and I have a great working relationship with her (Nora). These two alone provided me with a high level of respect for the staff at Alibaba. Next, the products...

As for the products, in general, they are quite good, even excellent. However, given my situation, the cost is a bit of an issue. I am retired and the cost is not covered by my medical here in the US. However, the cost is overshadowed by quality and service.

In summation, I recommend Alibaba's store to anyone who is in need of their products.

I'm assuming trade assurance means you purchase a product as advertised and you will receive that product as advertised in working condition, well, this has not been my case. I recently purchased an item and used Alipay for the payment process. After receiving the defective item I filed a dispute with them, also providing visual proof the item was defective, yet the money was released to the seller. It will be my very last purchase using Alibaba. The products, as a rule, are extremely poor quality. Never forget you get what you pay for.

Alibaba is a great tool for people running a small business or lab. I don't know where I'd be without it. It does however take some learning. You can't just buy from anyone and expect to be either satisfied or refunded without question every time. Learn to regard the other customer reviews and the ratings of the company you are looking to buy from, and learn to ask the right questions of the sales rep you talk to. Check to make sure the company is VERIFIED by Alibaba itself. You find that at the bottom of the company's home page. Do that and you'll be just fine.

This is the first time I have found a company and ordered a part on Alibaba. I was surprised how easy it was. I am Irish with no Chinese but managed to navigate through the site. I found a good company and was impressed with their help and attention they gave me.

Really great experience so far using this website, really responsive website, hey have quality assurances and trade protections in place so it gives you more confidence ordering. I placed 5 orders from 5 different companies and so far all positive experiences, easy to communicate with even though i only speak English, i have total confidence ordering again.

This was our first order through Alibaba. I was a little hesitant to order direct from China but your people did a great job in communicating and following my package of connectors for Rosenberger Hard Line. They sell the most crap on the planet. I am giving everyone advise now, don't ever buy anything from these people. You will regret it, trust me. I bought stuff from them for the last year and everything I bought was crap, when I tried to return it it was impossible, plus you won't get a refund

I needed to order 250 custom logo pop sockets for an event, and almost decided to forget about it since it's very expensive to purchase them here in the U.S. - even in bulk. I discovered Alibaba.com while searching, however, and decided to try them. Ended up purchasing 250 custom logo pop sockets via Alababa from a company in China, and they did a great job... sent a couple photos of the initial pop socket to me within two hours after I placed the order, and then they mailed them out to me the next day. I had them in about a week, and was amazed at the good quality and prompt service. I'd order from that company again, and am glad I found Alibaba.com!

Despite majority of manufacturers, suppliers and service providers on this site are sullying the name of the country by their poor products, services or deceptive work techniques, but a fine minority is keeping the country flag flying high with their quality products and services. English is not their first language but still they deliver the goods very well. Alibaba has to control such bad fish, weed them out and bring them to book. Thanks.

Exactly what I expected. This is a R+D project. I would also like to get information on a linear actuator with a 5000 newton load rating with a travel length of 150 mm 12 volt DC. The unit needs to be as short as possible when retracted. Approximate extension speed 5 mm per second.

First time placing an order on Alibaba.com. Though some of the products are available on another platform cannot be found here, most of the suppliers are wholesalers, the price is comparatively higher than another platform, the response from the supplier is fast, the insurance assurance made my purchase reliable, the shipping is fast and most importantly, the goods are of good quality - international standard.

My first experience with Alibaba was excellent, from communication, timely shipping, secure payment options, as well as the products that I purchased. (I used 2 different vendors)
I think some of the vendors would be able to sell more if they lowered their minimum purchase. They should keep in mind that a lot of the buyers coming from the US are small start-up businesses.
I am a very satisfied customer.

Cons: Shipping cost extremely high in some cases shipping cost more than the product, minimums are not low enough for new businesses

Alibaba took money from my mastercard and never shipped me the goods. When i contact them through their chat site, They refuse to refund my money into my credit card. Everybody should be carefull. Alibaba is a scam

I sampled with four manufacturer / suppliers and purchased from three for my e-commerce site. All of them were honest, forthright and professional. From the manufacturing to the finances I never felt any concern, and I am hard to please. Alibaba was as easy to use and as good as I have experienced.

Good prices, but poor quality tracking of quality of goods on its pictures. Bought lego droids, but they was from bad plastic and not lego, but its cheap fake. No complains for this though, because it was absolutely playable and okay for me.

There are a lot of Scammers and fraudsters who are using other company pages to advertise their product like iPhones whiles the licensing company deal in clothing. I have lost 1100 dollars trusting that fraudster. But is an eye-opener. Clean the website and help the suppliers so their page cannot be hacked. The hackers are using DG
