Alibaba.com opens communication between sellers and buyers. Many suppliers to choose from. Very detailed descriptions easy access to new merchandise. Very helpful with selling ideas. Also great communicators fast in refund issues. They are the go between buyers and suppliers

Alibaba supports scammers. Any place can have scammers. BUT Alibaba cover for Chinese scammers. The Alibaba refund process is a joke. You can't win no matter how much proof you may have... I strongly recommend not to use this service.

Alibaba is a great website but is missing something!
Customer review is the most important tool in the world!
Especially when you deal with scammers, bigger quantities and bigger numbers $$$.
I love Alibaba but then is always a battle between me and the supplier every time I try to pay with PayPal.
Is like a big punch in the face... the worst thing you can say is that you pay with PayPal and suddenly the prices go up.
To be able to differentiate the scammers from the real manufacturer is by being able to post a customer review for each manufacturer!
Every time i purchase something on Ebay or Amazon that's the first thing i do... check the customer reviews!
Why are they so afraid of PayPal?

What a great service to use safe secure and most products are of good quality on the site. The prices are reasonably price depending on supplier but overall great prices. The only negative comment is the cost of shipping to Australia most suppliers markup their shipping costs.

Supplier was super helpful. I'm honestly just a hobbyist and felt so out of my element here. They made it super easy and answered all my questions.

And I hope it's also clear that the title is a light hearted jab at the website's design with the title thing.

Reviews shouldn't have titles.

At first glance Alibaba can look a bit messy. But after a while you get used go it. Theer are so many smart functions and the fact that manufacturers are rated and here are insurance built in to the system makes this such a great trading place. It's easy to find suppliers here.
