Alibaba is an excellent service that I use quite often for finding affordable items for my clients. The process has been very smooth from start to finish! There were a couple of situations that items couldn't be shipped for one reason or another, but in both cases the tools were there to recover the money I spent through refunds. Good Job Alibaba!

Its a very nice pearl necklace with very even pearls, same color and shape, the lock on it seems robust and cute, I like it and im sure she will too, might even get myself a different necklace from the same store. High quality pearls and very pleasant experience.

Just had my first delivery of supplies from Alibaba. Was a little worried that they would get held up at customs and would have to go get them or that there would be exorbitant customs fees when this item arrived. Supplier assured me niether would happen. Sure enough item arrived at my door with no issues. Product is beautiful, as pictured. Very happy with my experience and will be back.

I am very satisfied with both the service and the product. The seller went above and beyond to get my order, which I was desperate for, out to me quickly. Very impressive!

The site is difficult to navigate, but I'm sure that I will find my way around better, when I use them again.

I used Alibaba to source a specific product that I needed and used the Trade Assurance payment method with my supplier. I found it easy to use and gave me confidence in having a backup should anything have gone wrong with my supplier (fortunately they were excellent too). I would highly recommend the service.

At first, I was skeptical of buying product from this website. However, after talking and getting into the process of purchasing the item, I don't regret it. The product that I received took about 12 days to come to my house. The material that I received was good and they kept me updated throughout the entire time. I will be shopping again soon.

I do not like it when talking,,, to a robot, need an e-mail to talk to someone in reality.

Be careful, if you are buying as an individual you will pay a lot for shipping, taxes, and transportation

Smooth transaction, no issues. Very good product, had options to chose from. Supplier very reliable, responded quickly and shipped products quickly, I am very impressed. Alibaba gave options to contact other suppliers if response was slow, however did was not required as supplier was very professional. Will shop again for wholesale products on Alibaba.

The supplier is a good and honest company, it was a pleasure to do business with them.
This video security cameras is very good for those wanted in their homes,. In CCTV or in remote watching or recording or play back in either way. I encourage to whom wish to have buy it do it so. The price is fair for this product.

There is no way to buy securely in Alibaba. If you think that if were scammed you can open a dispute and have a fair decision, forget. The decision of a dispute is taken from Alibaba.com and they never decide against their gold suppliers, because they pay a lot and are the first income of this business.

I really appreciate Alibaba for providing a connection to amazing vendors overseas. Its important to do your own research but once you find a great company to work with, Alibaba makes it very easy to communicate with them and to make secure payments.

All good so far. Performed my v first BB glow with the serums and pigment. Do not want to use the gold infused though, especially needling. Would be grateful for other non gold serums and also rose pigment to give a rosy glow.

Very easy to use alibaba, specially when you buy from a factory who offer trade assurance as you can get full refund for any problem with your order.
Also easy to communicate with the supplier and compare all products and get more offers from more suppliers.

Companies should eliminated products they don't have on sale, it is a waste of time looking and asking for products that they doesn't have or changed prices. When there is a change i think they have to eliminate the other product and price from their page.

Great site for product sourcing and Alibaba is doing so much to make the site better. However, I believe more should be done to protect the buyer more. Maybe they should consider some of the measures put in place on Amazon and ebay.

Great website for entrepreneurs, don't know where i would be without it. There are some minor details that could be better on the site but over all it is my most frequently used site for anything i need to order for my business.
