Alibaba

So far I am very happy with Alibaba. They have made it easier for me to source for products, order and receive them within required timelines. Looking forward to visiting China and some of the suppliers that I met on Alibaba.

The one thing I disliked is the site automatically confirming receipt of package even when we haven't received a package on our side. I understand that we have a button to request an extension but still, shouldn't confirm receipt on our behalf. Must instead keep checking with the customers if they have yet received their orders.

Apart from this, I am really happy with everything on this website. Was quite seamless.

I am very pleased to work with this company. Alibaba gave me some trust to deal. Ounuowei is very professional and was willing to satisfy my personal demands. They delivered very quickly what I appreciate.
A second order will follow soon.

I process a printer form your vendor "wer" for more then $7000 USA and she stop to print i ask for some one to fix that and no one contact me and alibaba.com dont contact me
Also you need to check your supplier before the can sell on your bad i will never buy from your web anymore

This is first time I order a merchandise from Alibaba.com. I'm worry that I never see the products nor the money. I know this company had ware house in the USA I'm happy received my merchandise on time. I have two more orders but these are from main land China. I hope these order soon ship to me.

Alibaba is a great source to have when looking for the best products in China. They have a vast range of companies and product to choose from and along with Trade Assurance, purchases are quick and easy. I would suggest Alibaba to all my friends and associates when looking to purchase goods from China.

If you decide to purchase from Alibaba please understand that you are stuck with the item regardless of it being the wrong item, if it is received late, if the vendor is a con artist and tells lies to get you to purchase. My experience has been a nightmare. I purchased an item for a clients wedding. Not only did I not receive the item on time and I had to purchase items to compensate for the wedding. When it was received I it was something completely different. I lost money because I had to replace the clients items at the last minute that means 2 purchases and then I was sent a useless item. I do not recommend Allibaba at all. I realize I am just one customer so they will continue to cheat people but if my review saves at least one person from the headache then I'll be happy.
Also please note the Trade Assurance is useless

I'm supposed to buy a high-grade dart board sisal, but I received a very poor quality product, stained, obvious defects in the paint, with holes in the joints of the sisal rolls, without the anti-glare ring, it looks like a product Second category. The product arrived and I was not able to set it up properly. However, all the problems were solved by the kind instructions of the friendly staff. The 21-inch LCD monitor was a good product with beautiful images and no blurring. This time I purchased it for a trial, but I was really looking for parts for new products. This was my first order with this company. Overall the process from contact to production was quite long but we got there in the end. Susan was helpful and patient with my hundreds of messages! The quality of the bags are very good and match the samples so I'm very happy there. They labelled the packaging with Amazon stickers and also labelled the cartons well which means next time I trust them to send direct to Amazon. Overall I can recommend this company.

I enjoyed the quality of the service the supplier was offering. She would always be on top of everything and out of the many orders i placed last month, my goods that i ordered from this supplier had arrived already while the others are still on the way. I love their unique service of going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Hope they keep it that way

System is easy to learn and the staff is great and helpfull. If you don't find what you are looking for they will 100% find it or similar for you, all an extra service. On a business level this seems really PRO. Shipping is expensive but thats the cost of getting things a day or 2 later instead of 20 or 30 days.

Alibaba promises Trade Assurance Protection but that is a total lie. I bought male and female Jackets on one supply on Alibaba. As usual, we are encouraged to pay via Alibaba so we can get Trade protection. The items i received did not match the standards I was promised. The measurements were totally wrong, some were 8-11 cm short. And that is too much, because it can move a medium Jacket into very small. Alibaba promised me that when the measurements are missing between 2-3 cm, they will not be able to refund me, but after i showed them that it misses around 8-11 cm, they start to tell me stories. They say I used my own measurements, this did not matter even if I took a video and sent it to them. These people are scammers. NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you don't want to lose your money.

I have used Alibaba.com now for some time. I have used to source several types of products for our restaurants. I have had great luck and, on the one occasion where I did have a small problem, Alibaba helped me resolve it quickly. I would not think of sourcing overseas, with a vendor I do not know, without using Alibaba.com

Trade Assurance is a joke and they will side with Seller Every time. Seller threatened me personally and professionally for wanting to return bad product. I supplied Alibaba with threats and they still sided with seller. The Seller also sold me counterfeit items (all serial numbers are the same on product in shipment) and Alibaba sided Supplier. Sent Alibaba customers reviews, list of customers I had to refund and pay shipping on the returns and they still sided with Seller. Sellers proof was a video of him smiling and saying product worked and that was all they needed to rule in Sellers favor. Buyer beware!

I am using Alibaba only for the first time and the job was done well by the vendors. The sales staff were very polite and did their job well. If something was not clear to me, they sent me a link where you need to confirm the order or the method of payment. This is my first time using Alibaba and for the first time my order came to Estonia very well.

I used Alibaba alliance and it was so bad that i just gave up and lost over $1200. I was like dealing with 5 year olds and reminded me how backward some company's are. I had to prompt there support team as they didnt have a clue. Promised a refund and never did, stalled for time and lied to me. Its was just dreadful and a total waste of time. Still dont have my money.

From the moment I placed my purchase to 2 weeks after, this company has made sure I received my items on time. There was an issue with shipping (I didn't know) and Alibaba changed it to get to it to me faster with no charge to me. Amazing since my purchase was during Christmas time to Miami, FL. I am very impressed with their customer service and follow-up.

I've ordered several things from the sellers on Alibaba, and I've only had one small hiccup. Every other order has been exactly to my expectations and, in some cases, completely exceeded my expectations.

The only downside is the cost of shipping from China to the US. And of course, this isn't their fault.

My business potential has grown exponentially since using Alibaba.
