Ordered a sausage stuffer, inner workings were rusted, equipment was impossible to clean, and the stuffing horn was about 1 foot from the ground. No way possible to put the machine on a table to stuff the sausage. You have to be 2 feet tall to stuff your sausage. Disappointed, lost about 2000. 00. They won't return my call. Poorly made product. Buy American! :(

I had no idea how to do anything but the woman I was dealing with sorted out shipping, delivered to my door duty paid, and everything went extremely smoothly. I had confidence to pay due to the Alibaba guarantee, and I was able to transfer to a UK bank account that then sent the money to China, making transaction costs low. Very pleased and would use Alibaba again.

Please with what Alibaba has to offer but the message center needs a little work. For example when looking for suppliers i reach out to a few of them at a time in a search and sometimes its from the same company which has multiple post, there are time i am talking the the same supplier in multiple chat. If you there is a way to flag that Ive already reach out to that particular supplier.

It was easy fr me to find and compare suppliers and products. Everything went very smoothly from searching, ordering payment and delivery. It did not feel like I was dealing with someone from the other side of the world.

Fantastic service, delivery and products. Stella was amazing with all my questions, helped me to deliver the product to Cambodia, which is normally very difficult with customs and delivery to the final address. But she did it! Thanks again!

Great Place for a Massive World of Products. It is really mind boggling what is here and the number of vendors there are for each product--so many that it is hard to settle on just one. That can be a very good thing--competition between vendors.

I needed a media wall with a few company logos on it. The trader was amazing so helpful the price was less than a quarter of other quotes I got and the product exceeded my quality expectations by miles.

The item arrived on time and the service was exceptional! I was skeptical at first because I'm new to the site, but I need not have worried, everything went like clockwork and I am very happy with my purchase.

Good web site with a payment insurance which reassure the buyer about transferring money to the other side of the world.

Ony one bad point: the chat to discuss with the supplier is horrible and the messenger panel is complex when you have no time.

I just wish It was more ready order for smaller items. Maybe I'm using the site wrong, but most of the time when I'm trying to order something, I always have to private message the seller or company first.

In my opinion the page is a bit complicated. It is not very easy to navigate. Open a new tab in every click you make and i dont like that.

But It is extremely useful site, I have managed to make satisfactory imports into Venezuela
