So far so good. It is a little confusing with all the vendors trying to communicate via Whatsapp. I did not have the app and didn't want to download another. I am very pleased and feel assured with the Trade Agreement though.

Shipping took way too long, I am quite happy with the product. Not sure if to use this vendor again after reading reviews on shipping. The seller was quite easy to work with and very professional. If you want a good product but willing to take a chance with on time shipping, go for it!

Alibaba really seems to have the buyer in mind as they're building their platform. And if the buyers are happy more will come which will make the suppliers happy. I am a fan of what they are doing and suggest anyone looking to source products or materials to use Alibaba as one of their tools.

Still waiting for my products, if only I had sold out my country and misrepresented the products as Glasses. At the request of the above, my ******* order of solar panels would have been filled,, now they mock me. Jokes on me.

The user interface of Alibaba have been always too complicated and confusing. It is complicated thing itself. Please don't force me to review each product when I am leaving order feedback. I have no time writing and commenting each product I purchased.

Alibaba can be difficult to understand & hard navigate the website. I took be several times playing around. Alot of trial & error to find what I was looking for. I have placed a few orders from the website, and I am still trying to figure out how to find what I want and how to get it. My best advice its play around, don't purchase from the 1st vendor you find, pay very close attention to the descriptions. Ask lots of questions no matter how small or silly think it might be and be super patient for a reply!

I purchased shoes from a supplier. Heels started breaking, sent pictures from customers to show heels breaking. Alibaba would not refund unless I paid for a $500 quality inspection. Why would I have to pay for a quality inspection if I sent several pictures from different customers showing broken heels?

Alibaba.com is invaluable for international product sales and purchases. Alibaba is easy to navigate, and is very business friendly helping buyers and sellers connect in a wonderful way. I am so pleased the Alibaba.com exists, and hope they continue serving the world.

The service itself is very good. It is possible to find a supplier at the lowest price. But there are also problems. The first is a search. A lot of unnecessary on a very specific request. The second is the lack of translation. Even in online games, the translator is built into the chat. Third - the support service does not know how to work. I lost money because they only apologized, but did nothing.

Great first time experience, friendly people. I will recommend others to buy products from here as you can negotiate and discuss with vendors on how you want your product to be. Although don't be so picky and have a limitations on how you want it as some vendors can't provide your request all the time.

One of the things I like best about Alibaba is the reliability of suppliers. You can be sure that all suppliers here will try to do their best to satisfy the client. The number of suppliers is impressive. With no doubt, the best shopping place in the world.

I do not know if I needed Alibaba or the trade assurance for this order. The company I ordered from did everything to make good with my order. But Alibaba was there to make sure they did the right thing if the company had not taken care of my issues on there own. I guess I would say I am glad Alibaba it there for piece of mind as a mediator because these orders are delivered from a long distance away and if they do not work as promised it could be difficult to get satisfaction.

Thanks to this marketplace we are able to place orders and conclude deals millions of kilometers away in total safety. Alibaba has managed to bring the best suppliers from Asia, in our office via the PC.
