I was a little nervous ordering a major piece of equipment initially from the site but the supplier was friendly, easy to understand, communication was top notch and the equipment was packed carefully and arrived in perfect condition. The equipment has exceeded our expectations and we are happy with the entire process using "Alibaba.com"

This was my first time purchasing anything on Alibaba. I was very worried about not getting my items or having them be something completely different than what I ordered. When I received my order it was more than I had hoped for. I definitely will be using Alibaba again in the very near future.

I have just received my first order thru Alilbaba after researching the criteria needed for companies to look at, and have not been disappointed.

Crystal are beautiful, fabric could have been better quality. Although, communication with Alibaba representative was clear and concise. Shipment arrived within 2 weeks, which I was happy. Each facemask were neatly folded and the total packaging was nicely sealed, I was very happy.

In the past our company was always hesitant to use Alibaba for our orders from China due to the platform not offering enough protection to the buyers. We have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and buyer protections offered with trade assurance.

We found what we need with good price, fast delivery, good quality.
Parts not available, for particular moment, in our country, without delivery forecast, we found on Alibaba site with a lot of opportunity choices, like to a different supplier disposing to help you.

It is all good with the supplier, except that we got this time a product slightly different from what we ordered, also, we need all items packaged in one box, and one box only, last time we got 2 boxes, so import costs increased.

Jack, my point person was very patient with me as I asked him questions, changes my order. He was quick to make adjustments according to my needs. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone who decides to use their services.

Great shop to find things at great prices and communicate with vendors. I was able to discuss with several different suppliers and was offered samples. Be sure to always use trade assurance to verify you are getting your supplies and the purchase is protected.

There service is excellent and there staff so helpful and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone. The quality of goods were very good and there pricing very good. They went the extra mile to cut production time where other Opposition lack this trade.

The Alibaba system made it easy to communicate with all the suppliers on design production and shipping. It was also easy yo arrange payments through Alibaba. I didn't need the Alibaba guarantee but it was nice to know it was there.

Alibaba introduced me to a chinese company (oriemac) that dealt with waste paper recycling for my business in Sydney NSW. Once the company sent me a shoddy replica in pieces unable to work, Alibaba decided that the seller was in the right. I have lost over $******* and cannot do a thing about it. Trade assurance means nothing. Alibaba are responsible for my loss all the way to Jack Ma.

Alibaba staff - You need to make sure that the seller removes the products if there is no inventory or no longer in production. This is happening often when I buy. Sellers advertise and then tell buyers that they don't have inventory and try to sell something else, but when you go back and search, the same products show up being available.

One buyer even advertises a product that no longer is in production and tried to sell me a complete different item that I have no interest in.

Very useful source of products. AliBaba covers a huge range of products from diverse industries. It is my primary GoTo site whenever I need items for my business, directly from the producers. I order with confidence, knowing that AliBaba will protect me if things go wrong (which they haven't, to date).
My hope for the future is that AliBaba will expand its network beyond China, to offer products from the Russian Federation, Japan, Korea, Taiwan etc.

There are so many steps and layers, it takes a long time to actually get the order placed.
The supplier was most helpful navigating our order through the new system.
And the products were delivered in good order.
