I found a product that perfectly fit my needs at a reasonable price, shipped right to my door. Just as easy as using Amazon or eBay, I will not hesitate to buy through Alibaba again.

Honestly, it's super easy to use they have great suppliers and their website has a variety of options I like that you have the option to directly speak to the seller on the website cause it makes it so much easier to make sure you're on the same page.

This company is a fraud. They entice you with low price. After you pay them, they say they have quoted you the wrong items. Then they increase the price for the so called right items. Then you got stuck. Very rude people. Please stay away.

When you complain to Alibaba with dispute, they pretend they purposely ignored the proof you provided and judge in favor of the Chinese vendor.

The site really gave me some security as to receiving my package. I bought something from China so I was a little concerned. My only real issue was that the tracking was extremely difficult. I do not know if it had anything to do with Alibaba or not but I kept getting different ways to track and then the tracking would never update. I ended up contacting the seller and he would track the package, and send me info with a picture of what I could not get. Overall I was pleased with the experience and the outcome but during I was a little worried. Everything turned out good though!

Alibaba is a platform for thieves. They took money and did not deliver any product. They pretended to take complaints, they promptly close it without any reason.

Do not send people in China your money, rather give money to the poor and that would be better used. Give your money to the poor, not thieves.

I ordered HUD units, they gave false DHL tracking, then never deliver.

Total satisfaction as in the previous purchase operations.
Operations have been secure by the supplier, as well as delivery commitments.

I have ordered jewellery boxes and stickers from this company. The finishes of both the boxes and the stickers were very nice. The company gave me extra stickers and boxes to accommodate the few boxes where the logo was of the center. I will use this company again.
