I am happy with the way Alibaba worked the refunda and the order that ended up cancelling or receiving the wrong goods. Overall, I can say that the customer service is absolutely amazing. The only downsize here is that sellers can advertise a fake price just to attract buyers, and once you find that out, it is too late for your time wasted. The other thing is the lack of payment options when it comes to orders, I had to end up paying with Paypal. Other than that, I would recommend it if you can stay up to negotiate with chinese, which seem to be the preferred vendors for Alibaba.

They are so so so horrible. I visited their office and decided not to put all my eggs in one basket. All I got sent to me was incomplete fake leather bags, like real fake.

Super professional and helpful, answered questions and provided product detailed information. Samples provided for approval in a timely manner. Provided photos for approval and final product exceeded our expectations. Very easy and smooth process.

I bought Kiarog 3 faucet via aliexpress. It was damaged when it arrived. I sent two photos via the dispute system, the faucet and package as a clear evidence for the damage and it took still three weeks to get new part sent. Though I requested complete new faucet. Even the new part was leaking and seller claims the leak is ok. Ali's case management team promised to involve but it never happened. Communication is difficult, their English is poor and the response very unclear. I am sure I lost my money and plenty of time. Avoid this company!

The service that they had online is good you have the security on your order if in case there a problem with it they cab help you but only one concern for me to them is there customer service is only virtual assistance that cannot answer all the question they should have the real person can talk with and ask all those specific question not only the virtual assistance.

We have been using Alibaba for a couple of years now. There is a learning curve to the site but they make it easy to learn. We are very satisfied with the goods we have received. It is simple, easy to use, and Alibaba really tries to make sure that users are protected from any problems. Very satisfied. Alibaba has become just part of how we operate.

I have seen same product there is a lot of difference in shipping cost even same weight, and I have faced the problem is additional charges are so expensive but other companies like Amazon, eBay, etc they not charged it.

Aliexpress stole my money. I bought a cellphone, it was a garbage, was not unlocked, like they said, looks reel in the pictures, i send it back to the seller and i didn't receive my money back. I contact customer service many time, but every time they lie and said that they gonna help me in two days but never had a answer from them.its to much to give them 1 star

Was good to order, since start the order everything is good specially the online marketing in charge person.

I Found the site easy to use and everyone I have came in contact with were polite, courteous and business oriented I have not experienced any negativity yet nor do I want to. I have read some of the other posts and sounds kind of scary. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope I do not run into any problems. The site seems a tad high on some products but most are very reasonable. If I had any say in it but I don't I would have the suppliers would wright a better description of the items they sale on most items there is no description at all.

I am so impressed by the magnificent work Alibaba is doing around the globe. The system is well structured and continues to meet the demands and satisfaction of people around the world. Like I stated in my previous review, at first I was afraid to diff in but when I made a trial, it was successful and my eyes couldn't believe what I ordered has arrived at the known destination. I believe in the system, but just caution that they should always ensure the monitoring or tracking system when the goods have been shipped is updated to alert the customer on the progress.

The supplier is very good with timing and care. There was a slight problem with the black bags printing but I understand that thos are a bit harder to achieve and they did the best they could with 3/4 of the bags. I will do business with them again for sure!

Quality dance floors and the best customer service available. Dance floor arrived before promised date. Easy to set up. I have purchased two different floors and will continue to expand and buy more. Tech support was able to remote and program floor for me. I am very happy with the service.

It is very good, but how ensure I get the product I order and the correct quality. The alibaba is very easy to find what you are looking for and lot of suppliers sometimes to many. You need to spend to much time say no to supplier in an polite way.

Good supplier helpful and clear explanation. About the grass quality is good more than expected and strong with thick yarn. The price is acceptable and the product is coming out the same with order size

I ordered pet supplies from Alibaba site. They were glad to immediately receive payment. It took over 6 weeks to receive my order. I received less that half of what I ordered. Contacted Alibaba immediately that order was incomplete. No response. Never received rest of order, never received refund, Alibaba denied my request for refund. End of story.
