My account was cancelled after I opened disputes a few times when I didn't get the items! Unbelievable! So it is OK if I don't get the items and I am not supposed to complain about, otherwise they will close the account and end of business.

The website opens every single click in a new tab sometimes prompting the user to sign in again and that's unprofessional. The messages don't sync consistently with the mobile app. More action needs to be taken to remove scammers and badly rated sellers from the website.

I used to doubt about the safety of transacting business on Alibaba, but my first experience on this simple and easy to navigate site is amazing. I met great suppliers, business transactions were swift and easy, and the products delivered as expected. Thumbs up for alibaba.

Trade assurance is a lie. Alibaba helps China suppliers rip off buyers overseas. Seller stated they had documents needed to sell to USA but failed to deliver. Product was seized and Alibaba sided with lying seller and failed to make good on the trade assurance promises.

Last year during the Covid19 supply chain issues, I couldn't get ink for my printers. When I found Alibaba, I was able to source several suppliers easily and have made many more contacts and orders there.

The site is large, but with a little practice I was able to navigate without any issues... except one. I eventually had too many responses to my ink inquiry and had to stop at the first four suppliers. This is a problem I would never have had locally and am glad to have made so many contacts!

The delivery was on time and the service was good the but the only issue was that the product had a little damage on the back side of the wheel but after that I got what I asked for. I am happy with my scooter

I was initially unsure of Alibaba and how the shipping and quality of products would arrive. I have been pleasantly surprised as to the service and products I have received. I have completed and received my second order. I am very satisfied and will be using Alibaba as my product supplier.

You can get some good deals through them but if you have an issue there is no support. There is no trade assurance. They will just ignore your requests for help and only side with the seller even if you have a slam dunk bulletproof case. It is not worth the headaches to save a few bucks, just buy right form the us where you will get customer support.

Alibaba merchants are all from china and its a gateway to chinese merchandise for the goal competitive low prices and quality products. The process is smooth and communication between the buy and seller is constant. The only con is adjusting to China's time zone (for communication) but this is just part of business.

If I'm honest, buying from China doesnt always end in a pleasant transaction and I worried this would be the same, but, what a pleasant suprise. The item was a great price, I have seen others offering it at 3 times the price.
The sellers comunication was second to none. They answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed at every stage of the transaction. The item arrived sooner than they quoted which was great, and their after sales is also good, I had a question about the item after it arrived, They answered my question within 2 hours

They are TOTALLY unprofessional! I was order and paid immediately 21 pieces of lighting boxes and I was waiting more than 3 months to send them to me and on our email conversation they said that i would have them with in 20 days, after a lot of emails from me finally they sent them, when the boxes arrived where very bad quality and without the appropriate equipments in order to install them! I have payed more than 1000 euros to buy them on 16/04/16 and I am still waiting from them to send me the stuffs! Nobody cares about the customer only for the money.

After getting quotes from the suppliers, I chose one and proceeded with making a transaction with the supplier. Alibaba alerted me by email when the supplier or other supplier had left me a message and I was completely informed of the status of my transaction as it progressed. There were many helpful people in first transaction on this webisite and allowed me to do so with minimal effort.
