I needed a parcel delivering in the height of bad postage and shipping. Promised a promt delivery, and thats what I got. Very good rates. Extremely helpful. And I will be using them again in the very near future. Shout out to 'Summer' who I deal with. She is all out with 110% customer service, response, and generally everything I asked for.

Alibaba allowed me to contact several suppliers for a product I was interested in purchasing. After getting quotes from the suppliers, I chose one and proceeded with making a transaction with the supplier. Alibaba alerted me by email when the supplier or other supplier had left me a message and I was completely informed of the status of my transaction as it progressed. There were many helpful people in first transaction on this webisite and allowed me to do so with minimal effort. This full service website is excellent for making any transaction as it is a high quality operation.

I bought some bags from Team Tai which is listed as a good seller on Alibaba. The sample sent was good however the full order when it arrived was not the same quality and was totally unsellable. Alibaba have been totally useless at dealing with the problem and simply do not want to know. Avoid this website and Team Tai in particular.

I have made close to 10 purchases on Alibaba and I have always been happy! Recently, I asked Alibaba for help in several areas and the help I received was great. Not only did they tell me how to avoid expensive mistakes, but they always want the customer to be completely satisfied! I will be ordering again soon, and I hope to be a loyal customer!

I bought many shoes on Alibaba. The supplier is very nice and patient to answer all my questions. She helped me pick the correct shoe size and guided me to place an order in the store. The shoes are in great quality and I received them quickly from UPS! I will buy more from Alibaba!

My First Experience with alibaba was a great experience the seller was great, Also fantastic communication, and shipping service across sea and Arrived wright on Time, and was exactly as the pic they showed me, before shipping it arrived exactly as picture. I would definitely buy from them again now it takes about 30-40 days to get to the States and to your house. But they give you a tracking number, and you can see when it comes off the Boat and Lands in the States, also see the Tracking to your house, once in the States. No problems@All! And Great selections of items and Dealers to work with. I had a great Experience!

So far I am very pleased with my experiences at Alibaba.com. I am a very small business owner and despite my small size and lack of experience, I have found the brokers to be helpful and polite. One misunderstanding resulted in a refund, but at no time was the situation antagonistic. The problem was resolved without complication. So far So good.:-)

Great service trade assurance is the best thing, can't go wrong with it! Never go to any seller without trade assurance, check the contract several times before ordering but all in all better then paypal since it guarantees the contract you make with the seller must be 100% right or they have to repay you.

When I have felt cheated by an Alibaba supplier, I expected some assistance from Alibaba, but although I tried repeatedly, no help was made available. Not what I expected. Alibaba ignored me and my issues totally. Beware when you are dealing with an Alibaba business, for you are on your own. Very, very very disappointed.

Alibaba website is easy to use. Thanks to Alibaba Team and this wonderful website. I have been sourcing products from China since 2013 and never felt a need to travel to China for product sourcing. The Supplier Verification, rating and reviews help me in selecting the supplier of my choice and gives me confidence in the selection since they are verified.

Alibaba is an amazing place to shop. Not every vendor or representative that you work with in a company is equal. If you ever have an issue they take care of you and resolve the issue so promptly. Because of the added protection from Alibaba I will always shop with them. They definitely take amazing care of their customers.

I was looking for custom forme A5 dividers in a specific color. This seller was prompt in answering questions and we agreed on me paying for a sample to be shipped to ensure that the end outcome would be successful. I am happy to continue to work with the seller to obtain my end result in a full order.

This is a scam. They had no problem taking my money then they emailed me saying the shipping was more than they charged me, they wanted me to send them more money at this point I was unsure if this was a scam so I was hesitant to send them more money, then they said they were out of stock (any honest business would not charge you and give you a delivery date until they know they have the product) and they couldn't return my money because the transaction had already cleared?, which makes no sense to me?

BE AWARE OF FRAUD. Evergreen leather which is one of the gold suppliers on Alibaba is a scam. I transferred a considerable amount of money to their account just based on the assumption that because they were labeled as "gold supplier". Once they received the money, they canceled my order and pushed me in buying some other rubbish products from their shop. Really disappointing. They never gave my money back

Buying through Alibaba is very promising. They have a best buy and sell site, you communicate with supplier and buy and the tracking system is very effective and order arrives on time.
Refund system is very good too and your can't loose you money.

I like if and encourage many of my friend and workmate to buy from Alibaba.

It was difficult to make contact with a supplier since the response rate was poor. However, once I found the right supplier I was amazed at how quickly the product was shipped and arrived. Some clever packaging tricks got my product through customs quickly. Product quality was as expected and I felt safe with their escrow system.

As a small company I have problems to buy goods in small quantities. There is often a minimum amount but it is not respected. And if you find a seller who sells only 50 pieces, shipping is often more expensive than the goods. I do not have this problem with AliExpress, so I often buy there for my company.

The store is very wonderful and dealing with them is more than wonderful.

All products are in high quality and packaging also.

I visited Alibaba to explore insulated Food delivery bags. At this point, I was not sure I would actually place an order at Alibaba because I thought the whole process might be too complicated for me. I was just browsing some really nice bags but I did not send messages to any of the suppliers. Surprisingly, the suppliers started to send me private messages to know if I was interested in their bags and sent me their quotations. I was really amazed by the high quality they offer for such a small price.

I have had mostly great experience on Alibaba. It is important to look carefully at companies. Many do not use their own pictures which can be deceiving. I have received so many beautiful, great quality products, but also ones that looked nothing like the pictures.

I do not always expect perfection, but it needs to MOSTLY look like the picture, the couple orders I have receive that do NOT look like the pictures, I have been able to work out a deal with Alibaba and they are really helpful.

Customer service is everything and I believe they understand that.
