Wheels were built too fragile. Marketing information was weak. Salesperson couldn't wait to close the sale. Never replied to an after sale question. Provided very little detailed information. In general it was a bad experience and a bunch of crap and to be completely honest with you 'they made Alibaba look bad by being affiliated with them. Very unprofessional after the sale they couldn't be bothered to answer even the simplest question. In the future I will buy American made in USA.

Very Good except the manuals I got was not clear enough and in Chinese which I don't understand. Representatives reacted well and is helping me to solve the problem. The promised to sent some video clips to explain the workings of the machine

I purchased a hand rail system for my deck in 2017 and submitted precise measurements. I never received what was promised. Not only did the railing not fit, but the system was missing fittings and pieces. There was no way to secure the railing and it was dangerous. Furthermore, they sent the wrong finishes. I tried working with the company for over 1 year to salvage the railing, but they kept promising to send the correct pieces which never occurred. Ultimately nothing was salvageable and I had to purchase a new railing system from the USA. It was difficult to contact Alibaba. The only way to contact them is through a form submittal. Alibaba was not helpful at all as their specified their policy is to intervene before the shipping process. This policy makes no sense and does not ensure the buyer will receive their promised product. Buyer beware!

There is problem with the website that you can't buy directly, it need to contact with the supplier and this contact some times take long time.
Furthermore, Alibaba accept any suppliers without checking the quality of the products. Thus, there are numerous of suppliers provide bad quality products.

I downloaded the app. Registered, ordered, went to pay. They would not accept payment. I tried 3 different cards. I spent a good two hours trying to clear this mess up. Wasn't going to happen. Now I have to check the security on my cards as I don't know if this company is playing straight. I have cancelled my order and have gone elsewhere..
