I am in the human hair industry. I posted an ad looking for Brazilian and European hair. I ordered samples and got good hair from one of them, but when I placed a larger order I was sent cheap Chinese hair. This happened with 3 different Chinese human hair manufacturers.
The same people use multiple names and websites to swindle people out of their money. I was wise this time I used American Express and Paypal... If they won't accept Paypal... DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY any other way! You will get had. I got my money back from 2 of them from AMEX and form one through Paypal... Never again.

Sellers on Alibaba do not provide quality stock photos. We as the sellers must be given High Quality Stock Photos for our purchases that include high shipping and handling cost. The stock photos are extremely small. The pixels are not even enough for me to attach it here. As we try to increase the extremely tiny photo, it is extremely blurry..."Not Good." High Quality Stock photos must be standard when selling products; this increase business internationally if customers have the ability to actually see the product.

Great place to find products and suppliers, wish I had come across Alibaba before now. Everything is kept simple with the ability to speak with suppliers to ensure you get what you want at the right price.

The employee i dealt with was very patient in helping me to deal with the payment details which i was having some problems with.The product quality looks excellent can't wait to fit it on my motorbike to check it out.

I have had an overall good experience so far. Although one order was supposed to be WiFi and wasn't. Alibaba did not help in this matter at all except to say that I had to deal with the seller myself. Did not satisfy my purchase. I would have had to spend more on my own to ship it back.

I had ordered several different items - swim caps/medals/banner flags/samples (multiple sample orders) and have yet to encounter any issues using various vendors for the purchases.
I have zero complaints and have not had to engage w/any resolutions for anything unsatisfactory.

I was nervous ordering from overseas at first... but both sellers i have used have been professional and easy to buy exactly what I am looking for! Will use Alibaba for all overseas purchasing for my business.

I have recently purchased through Alibaba and have taken up the full trade assurance option. I have agreements signed by the supplier on required quality and specifications. The stock has arrived in a terrible condition and quality is very poor. Alibaba trade assurance team have not even viewed my stock and are taking sides with the supplier. I would recommend to find another option.

Have done a few purchases with Alibaba and found that their trade assurance service is great as they provide peace of mind with assurance that your products will be delivered and any dispute will be handled professionally.

Good customer service through the entire process. As a new customer they made me feel comfortable that they were doing things right, and were very respectful and responsive to any issues that came up along the way.

There was a little communication issue in the beginning but overall in the end, the product was shipped quickly, and is exactly what I was looking for. I will absolutely be ordering again from this company for my children's stencils!

First experience, was good.
Some products are not exactly as shown on the picture, however, all the rest is good: communication, shipping, packing etc.
Just need to make sure the product is the one, in all details.
