Alibaba is a wonderful website where you can bulk buy products. It's absolutely amazing since nothing gets lost. You can see where the product is during the shipping in real time. There are tons of vendors to choose from. Some speak English but some don't. It's important to pick an English speaking vendor since otherwise you couldn't communicate properly. I think Alibaba is wonderful for business and i would personally go there any time i would need to buy items in bulk to sell them on other platforms. The prices are really good and the quality is good most of the time. But be wary before buying items in bulk and order a sample since the product might not be what you're looking for.

Transport & cross border took a lot of time due to on going world troubles with the pandemic. And made me concerned about future imports. But after seeing the work quality I wish to go much further and distribute their line of adapters!
I hope the next ose shall be for Lavazza Blu double cup & the Italian ESE paper pods... Let's see!

I just made my first purchase, i have no regrets. The supplier i used was accommodating and very insistent. I hope my next supplier is the same. Im still getting used to the website but so far their prices are much lower than US wholesalers so I'm here to stay. Fair warning, not all suppliers on the site are trustworthy and thats just by the lack of communication with some. However you just have to really look into the suppliers profile look at prior customer reviews and also see how much theyve earned thus far including if they're verified. I chose a supplier that cost me slightly a little more than others offer because of those factors. Starting a small business I couldn't afford to make a vulnerable mistake this early in the game. Hope this help anyone starting out.

Wow! Amazing machine! Excellent Price-Value! I use it for filling 3ml glass mini-bottles (vials) with natural hair oil (a blend of vegetable and essential oils). The machine is easy to set up and operate both in manual and automatic modes. The bottles are filled with accuracy, the liquid looks at the same level in all bottles. The machine automatically reduces the speed of the pump when is about to reach the target weight for precision. The nozzle doesn't drip at all, which is vital for clean filling operation and avoid a mess. The machine was sucking the oil from a small drum that I placed at the same level as the machine (tabletop) and the hose did not suck air. I used to fill my bottles manually using a syringe and this machine was a game-changer. It allowed me to double my efficiency. I filled around 10 bottles per minute. Very happy with the machine and highly recommend it!

The Forwarder gave me wrong dimensions and Weight of my cartons, One of the carton is only 0.6 kg while they charged me 11 Kg.They did it by purpose to charge me more money otherwise this carton is not needed at all.there were only 4 small items in this small carton which could be placed in the big carton without any issue.They mislead me by not showing the actual carton and just dispatched it and sent me the above picture in which it is mentioned that the carton is 11kg while it is only 0.6 Kg. Also they removed plastic wrapping from one of my product as you can see in the attached screen shot, I told them not to open the product packing.While they are lying that I told them not to open the Carton.

I am just dealing with a supplier who did not send ordered goods within the shipment date. I thought my payment is secure because of the Trade Assurance. When the shipment is late, I have the right to apply for a refund and get my money back.

The day of the shipment my supplier informed me that they are not able to ship on this date. They extended shipment date from 20 days to 45 days.

This was not acceptable for me and I rejected the change in the order made from the supplier.

Now I am in the process of refund and its very difficult to talk to these people and Alibaba is not helping a lot. The contract is clear, but they want to help the chinese supplier instead of acting according the contract.

For me, the Trade Assurance Policy is a big fraud, it doesn`t help you anything and you will not get your money back.

Never Never again I will buy anything on Alibaba.

I'm very grateful for the good provider and excellent product for my use. I recommend you buy this product.
This provider repairs any problem that gets out of your hands, as in my case the courier service.
What I can tell you is against problems, that the provider time answer is very quickly, business with the provider is very serious and truthful.

Yes I order some products from the online store never received my merchandise nor a refund they just was giving me the run around about checking with everyone else but them to see what happen to the order they weren't trying to at least resend the product or anything when you trying to order something in bulk or anything don't trust them they out to get your money they are bad at meeting the customers needs

Placed two orders with two different vendors, one shipped incredibility fast and the other did not ship in the allotted time allowed so I canceled the order, took over three weeks (possibly longer) to get a refund.

Alibaba gives emails out to other fake scam companies and gets money. www.tobuy-cn.com is an scam company that you should stay away from. BE CARFUL. For many years they have been getting money the same way each time. They have a very believable website and targets American/Canadian people.

As suppliers buyers could do any thing with you and alibaba teams lets them go free a lady from Honduras claimed we took money and did not deliver... Yet payments is not made to us in the United kingd but to a company in Poland. This is crazy and legally unacceptable... matters not goin down we pay back money we did not steal yet alibaba tells us to wait for an additional 10 days... We started waiting on the 11 of February on the 19 the said they have Chinese new year we should wait till the 24 for our case to be process... My question is is ali express and all forms of how they get money on break too? Alibaba team is selfish. They just want to collect money and go their way... Disputes are not handle correctly. Cases of fraud sellers are not even protected... We too could be frauded by do call buyers

Alibaba is a great place to source material. I have been using them for over a year, and have placed over 10 successful orders that have been easy to oversee. I do suggest you use Trade Assurance for your orders because of the protection it gives you.

Prompt shipment and good quality, beside, a discrepancy as stated below:
Our Order was for size of length 1850mm, and we have mentioned several times, but when goods arrived it was 2035mm of length.
Please let us know in advance, if you can not supply this size, and kindly keep us informed what's the other length sizes produced by manufacturer.
