I appreciate it for several reasons!
1. poor work of the messenger (chat and messages) often messages are not displayed, but a notification has come! It also takes a very long time to load an hour of messages both on the phone and on the desktop computer.
2. There is no way to complain about the seller (or this option is located in a hard-to-reach place) MAKE MORE AVAILABLE "create a complaint about the seller". + to have such an opportunity in the chat of correspondence. Sellers sometimes ignore specific questions about the product, their price or quantity (I can provide evidence if necessary)

Got my sample with express shipping in less than 5 days. Emily is very professional, the quality of products are very good, best price on the market, easy to communicate, fast response, looking forward to reorder and also to buy other products from this manufacturer.

Its my favourite site for int. purchasing.the option for live chat or video whatsapp etc. make the whole procedure very fast. I will change the results for searching engine and add more filters to get better results. That must have.

I've ordered from Alibaba on several occasions now, and bought from 2 - 3 different suppliers. While there seems to be a variety in the quality of goods (and sellers) available, if you find a reputable supplier, they are worth their weight in gold. Many of the sellers are quick to respond, have amazing communication and customer service, and will work with you to meet your deadlines or wholesale quotas. There are trade assurances in place, in case you have issues with your shipment or defective goods. I only wish I found my suppliers sooner; could've saved a lot of money for my small business. Happy that I know about them now, and highly recommend Alibaba as a safe platform for all wholesale buyers.

The kindness here is beyond imagination. This place kindly explains my constant curiosity. They send us lots of sample pictures and give us feedback without forgetting what happened a long time ago.If possible, I would like to visit here and buy real parts. I'm sure of the product shipment, and it handles what I want quickly.

Alibaba trading assurance always rules in favour of the Chinese sellers. They make you jump hoops, provide evidence, asks for documentation that is almost impossible to acquire. Even if you provide all of this including your firstborn, Trade assurance will find a way not to reimburse or refund your hard earned money. The dirty and money hungry sellers always gets the last laugh. Buyers are not protected. Shame on you alibaba.com

From the early on i was intrigued by the possibility of speed and action being in direct contact with suppliers. The more I use Alibaba, the better it gets. Payment solutions has reduced payment transfer time 1 week, and it is instant. Ok the fee could be complain-able, but the time saver make me focus on other business developing than rather checking and chasing when and if the payment has gone through, also leaving most errors behind.

Suppliers that are not still inside Alibaba will have a problem in the future. I have already had to let go several suppliers already due to not having a Alibaba web site or use Alibaba as a communication and payment platform. Keep in mind that I have purchased and traded for 20 Years. Coming from me this is not an understatement. With an ease I get multiple quotes in a breeze.

I had a problem with one sample and with the insurance I got my refund without any problems. I also requested other sample from another company and receive it on time with no problems at all, so far good service.
The message tool can be improve as there is a lot of problems to attach documents like excel files, sometimes message does not seem to be sent when they were sent. I think there are some bugs in the system.
Overall experience is good.

I ordered some samples of iphone cases, bluetooth adapters and smart locks and everything came as expected. I think you just have to choose suppliers wisely and be careful because there are scammers as well, who wants to chat through whatsapp only and receive payments with bitcoin.

Alibaba website has done a good job, there are suitable products for all requests. The payment was smooth and trustworthy. We can only recommend alibaba for cheap quantity goods with very good quality.

Spoiler is in basic not expensive but when painted still a bit more. Was painted in matte Black. Transport was in a very solid carton box. Only the supplier forgot to add the 2 metal clamp brackets and the 4 screws. After contacting them, they made a very fast delivery f. O. c. With DHL Express. Super customer services and very pleasant sales rep. In Lily.

Had a problem with supplier who supplies goods with wrong colour logo
Alibaba looked into it and did nothing... just said colour was the same which is incorrect ( see photos)
Complete waste of time complaining as did nothing

As a first-time user I found using Alibaba very easy. The advice and guidance they provided was very helpful together with the step-by-step information during the purchase process. I'm still learning about the platform but so far I have no complaints and would rate it 10/10.

We found this seller on Alibaba wholesale website years ago, at the beginning, we just start some trial orders with them, but they always treat us as big buyers, and show their patience and professional sale & after-sale service on our business, we felt very happy, and decided to extend more and more business with them, now, they are our major suppliers in China, recommend!

So Far it was good for me. Only thing is shipping time, which is ok not the best. Also there are scammer in this platform who will ask you to contact outside Alibaba and ask for payment out of the platform. Be aware of these ones.

I like several things about alibaba.
The messaging subsystem works very well. Sometimes it is a bit slow, but I am literally on the other side of the world, so it's ok if I have to wait for a few seconds here and there.

The trade assurance is great for trust in the business.

Some providers have been checked on site. This is a great feature, so you know you're dealing with a legit company.

Excellent quality and attention to detail. They designed a dual sided logo branded ball marker. Magnetic clip mount was also very nice. Sandy, made suggestions to the placement and size of my logo, which lead to an outstanding overall result. Thank you, I plan to be a repeat customer and will refer other companies to you.

I recently made to purchases on Alibaba. Both companies stated they offered express air shipment. One company packed, shipped, and provided FedEx tracking immediately. The other company played a game, saying that my items went to an Alibaba warehouse, and that the warehouse would ship the item. I had to contact the company several times to get a tracking number. Then there was a hold-up where an "exception" occurred on my shipment of boxes. It has been over three weeks and I still do not have my products. Alibaba needs to to force companies to CLEARLY state if they fulfill the shipment directly via a shipper or if the items go to a third party warehouse for export. This is not very transparent.
