To keep this short here is why you should use alibaba

1 - You can contact hundreds of suppliers
2 - Everything is in one place and easy to navigate
3 - Prices are excellent but can still be negotiated

Many companies allow online sale of their products on the alibaba website, but when we purchase between 20-50 sample products with a credit card, they do not ship the products.
Currently, there are 4 orders that I paid for on Alibaba, but the companies are not sending.

Ellie was amazing to deal with & everything went smoothly, to the point I have already made another order of their amazing dresses. The communication is fantastic & anything Ellie isn't sure of, she checks with me.

Taking 7 days to resolve issues concerning clients and suppliers is too long. I think the ideal tome time should be 48 hours. It is unfair to block your money and wait for 7 days for a supplier to answer your query.

I spent $1800. 00, plus $745 in customs fees for a 1.5 Kw off grid solar generating system from Foshan Tanfon Energy through Alibaba. Now the system will not produce enough power to run an electric drill and Alibaba tells me it is too late to get any help.
I would not buy anything from Tanfon or Alibaba again.

I like the services in this site, but some company will display a picture of their product looking good and nice but when you received them the package will look good but the quality is nothing, some waist Trainer I but was returned from by my customers.
Knowing very well that some of my goods come by Sea, it take 2-3 months before I received them, when
you received them you find out that the quality is poor, I can send them back or complain because is too late.

Very happy for buying with Nanjing Tiby, I was communicating with Cindy for about 2 months more or less, and she was very clear, always available to my different questions and requests, even if I was contacting her by night or the week-end. Honestly I have nothing to say, she was very patient with me, because it was my first order in Alibaba, and I did a mistake, I paid in dollars in stead of paying in euro, but she was still respectful and remained cool with me. I hope that I will order again with this company.

1. You need to improve the message center, and the most first things are to be able to organize suppliers into folders and get them out of the inbox. Also, we need to be able to delete messages. 2. Turn off the popups or at least give users the ability to turn them off.

If this review was only for Alibaba I would have given only four stars because the message center needs some improvements. But since Nanchang Huayi Pens & Gifts is such a good company I did not want this negatively impacting them.

I love these towels! I purchased these towels thinking they were regular dish towel size. A lot larger than a regular dish cloth and they are amazing! We have been programmed to always have a larger dish towel for drying dishes, hands, etc but these towels work great. They are thick, well made and versatile. I haven't noticed any problem with them not absorbing up the water on my dishes or hands. I am sold on this product. I will be buying them again and again in the future!

This has been going on for half of year with a promise of a refund. What is the point of purchasing on Alibaba.com if I don't even have buyer protection. I followed all the steps your website wanted for a purchase now I'm wasting months and lots of time chasing for a refund! And what kind of service is this when management won't even step in. For such a big company this is absolutely disgusting customer service And I'm absolutely appalled!

I have so far made 3 purchases on Alibaba. Two were extremely good and for one the supplier was paid but did not ship product.

For the bad supplier Alibaba informed me the product had not shipped and provided information on how to contest payment.

I contacted the supplier with no response after 1 day and Alibaba refunded the payment.

I ordered a backhoe attachment for my tractor from Weifang RFD. I was careful and paid an extra $150 for an independent inspection and also hired a shipping broker to get it through customs. It arrived over two weeks late and with an extra $242 in shipping charges beyond the agreement. No book or instructions. I'm pretty experienced with machinery and was able to get it up and running, even though the connecting bar was too short and several parts needing filing and adapting. After just four hours of digging in light soil, the bolts on one of the bucket teeth sheared off and broke the tooth, and then the hydraulic cylinder that runs the boom suddenly bent. The metal was improperly hardened. Weifang tried to make me pay another $240 shipping to get replacement parts. I finally settled for a $200 refund from Weifang and $100 from Alibaba. I'm scrambling to find adapting parts so I can replace the cylinder, and nothing matches. My backhoe sits in my driveway useless. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered some weight vests from a supplier. In fact I have bought several hundred of them and spent 1000's of dollars and I told him 12, yes just 12 of them were the wrong color and he will not stand by his product and get me the right color or refund me the $ or offer some kind of credit. He insulted me with $70 and then $100. He lost a customer and gained bad reviews.

These folks were fantastic from beginning to end supplying a battery for my RV. They texted me every step of the way and asked all the right questions to be sure I had the correct battery. In the end, they sent me a specification sheet and pictures for my battery during the build process to show it met my requirements. May I also note that I didn't expect to see this battery completed for quite a few months since it was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Again, they exceeded my expectation and had the battery completed and to sent to me within a month. These are exceptional folks for sure! I highly recommend. (Steve\ Ohio - USA)
