A great experience! I'm a first time user and didn't have any problem at all. I feel I'm safe and have protection in case anything goes wrong. I wouldn't do it any other way. Alibaba has made our lives much easier!

I have made a few orders on Alibaba now. My first order for a scooter did not work out at all (from Merlot Commerce and Dogebos Ltd). The item came in a crushed box and would not function. The seller would not replace any of the broken parts and offered the only recourse of shipping the unit back at my cost. Ridiculous.
Fortunately for me, I placed a small order first. I chose a different supplier for my next order, (Shenzen E-Fire Technology has been excellent so far) and I have placed several orders with them since.
I will continue purchasing through Alibaba. If you are going to use these folks, I recommend taking your time and ordering small first. Develop trust. China is going through a recession and some of their sellers are likely going out of business.

We received a great product. The customer service was excellent. Happy to have found this supplier.

We ordered a box for our face serum. Wendy was very helpful to make sure every last detail for our project/job came out exactly right. We were very happy with the final product.

I asked for quotes and special changes in the headpieces I was interested in and was treated like gold by this supplier. I am happy to let everyone know that they are a pleasure to do business with.

We had very poor experience with Wendy Huang from Guangzhou Meishang Packing Co., Ltd. We place a customized samples order with them for their cups. The cups arrived late and were leaking. Wendy Huang was rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility she accused us for lying and said that we meant very little to them. This company and especially Wendy Huang is a disgrace to the Chinese people and China.

Advice to American companies: Do not do business on Alibaba.com they are bias and Chinese propaganda website. They are hateful against American business growing globally. If you quotes are cheaper than their Chinese companies they will put a hold on your quote until the buyer buys from Chinese company.

All went Ok and very wel via this site, good communication possibilities and correct info.
Easy way to get in contact with suppliers.
Good overview and info about the products
Safe and good backup possibilities in case something goes wrong.
I can only advice everyone to use this site.

BUT! The product delayed because DHL lost the invoice...

Anyways i contact the supplier they helped me to proceed the new invoice and shipment arrived after 2 days..

They facilitated the connection between the supplier and buyer and oversaw that all questions were responded to in a timely manner. The supplier was awesome as well. They ensured and provided reassurance that the product would be shipped and delivered in a timely manner. When delays occurred it was communicated. Of course delays do occur that is of no fault of the supplier. I will return to Alibaba for future purchases.

Products shipped in time, packed properly, arrived in time, above all, product functioned as expected, worked 100% with no issues, also communicated with supplier all the way through until i received my products

This operation was my first international experience, talking about imports and exports, all the time the provider was very friendly.
Now im going to buy all my products by Alibaba.

The video player is easy to install yet a few functions are not working after several attempts following the instruction manual, not all mobile phones are compatible, apple is fine yet the android phone is not connecting through wifi hotspot or tethering. Changing the logo is not working also, the speaker sound is not that loud enough to hear the sound.

I was pleased to receive the two switching items that I ordered. They were delivered in excellent condition in quick time and are as described in the product page. Very pleased so far and would not hesitate to recommend.

Alibaba, while certainly a bit of a jungle at times, is a very useful website as a gateway for doing business with China. I've experimented with a number of small-medium orders and have had no bad experiences at all, which was a pleasant surprise as I was a bit nervous trying it out.

I wouldn't use this to buy individual items or buzzword hot seller type things; I use it for sourcing specific tech components and for that it is very handy, perhaps unrivaled. Know your stuff and be careful of course, but if you're wary and knowledgeable you can do very well.

Having to learn how to order materials via the portal took me some time to understand. My constraint mostly involved Communication and language translations. In all the process and follow through on order to delivery was easy and visible.

I'm very happy that I've found Alibaba.
There are many great quality products and suppliers to choose from.
My customers love the reusable, eco aware products that I've bought from companies through Alibaba.
