I have been using alibaba for 5 months now and i am coping well with it, the products mostly meet the requirements i have and the contacts are almost always fast when it comes to important answers or when i want to have a change. It all fits and i will continue to use alibaba to buy certain things for my company.

I ordered LED lighting from this company called Lin'an Lituo Electronics Co., Ltd. The contract agreement said delivery within 30 days from advance payment but the company took way beyond 30 days. We missed our shipping vessel schedule for them. Staffs and the manager/owner were very stubborn, disrespectful and not polite/helpful at all. The worst of the worsts companies. Keep away from this company. You cant rely on their words.

Sex dolls purchased through this company are faulty with manufacturing defects, customer service is non existent so be warned that all products they represent are faulty and untrue to photographs supplied on products as they look nothing alike. Very bad buying experience currently stuck with stock that has no resale value.
Requested partial refund but they refused, will not deal with any one on alibaba or aliexpress as their dispute system is flawed and unjust.
For instance the seller put photos of different product that was sent and lied, skin tone, facial features, nipple color all were different. Did not represent the true dolls that were sent, my photos were of the real products sent but were ruled as not genuine.
Alibaba will always side with the seller.

Alibaba is the go-to place for setting up relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. There is a lot to filter through to find legitimate companies, but they do exist and this is where I know to go to find them.

Satisfied with the items. But need to package better. It was poorly package and received one item damaged. (need some protection on items) but overall the quality of the item is great. Most def will purchase again.

For the answers sometimes it's long until the seller contact you, and often there's no full information like how much for shipping, for the duties taxes, etc.
But in brief its Nice website and on one sight it is a bit cheaper, but you pay shipping and taxes at the end.

The site is great. I only have issues logging into the account, as I always have to sign in uncountable times and verify the signing in too before getting access.

Other than this, I have been able to place orders and I would like to continue doing this.

I purchased a router bit that was advertised as being suitable for cutting a slot for a woodworking biscuit. Biscuits are 4mm thick, however the router bit only cuts a 2mm slot, obviously useless for what it is advertised for. Yes you can do 2 cuts to get to 4mm but that all takes time & negates the advantage.
The seller didn't reply to my last message where I pointed out the discrepancy & Aliexpress could care less. They also don't use Paypal who are very good at refunding for dodgy purchases. My advise is to use Banggood or Ebay for who both have similar or same products/prices & who both use Paypal.

The site is very reliable. The system is friendly and easy to solve any inconvenience. Communications are established without difficulty. Times are strictly adhered to. I am very satisfied and will buy again by this means.

Worts shopping place in the world, suplliers sell what you don't ask for and get away with it. But I'm suing and under international law they are oblige to give info on legal department and they're refusing to do it
