I have used Alibaba and Aliexpress for over 4 years and always have great experiences. I find for the most part vendors are eager to work with you and create a great product. If I find communication isn't good from the start I usually move to someone else. I have received refunds without a problem and really love their platform to connect step by step throughout the production process for question and follow through. Remember, no matter where you do business always be thorough by asking questions, give as many details as possible, know your measurements, read reviews and always give plenty of time for processing, mfg and delivery times. If I receive an order within 30 days, I consider myself lucky. I will definitely order from many of my ALIBABA mfgs again and again.

You are protected in purchasing and are given the opportunity to have such a wide variety of choice. Everything that I have purchased from China I have purchased using Alibaba - they have never let me down.

Easy to communicate, honest and has been sending us excellent product ( Laser machine and Laser Fibers and others.), we re very happy with their service and we ll ordering from them for many years to come.

I had very good relations with all my suppliers except my legging supplier Yiwu Guanli which increased prices 5 months after I received my first order and just when I wanted to make a new one.
For this new order, actually, he increased the quantity of the order by 18% and added $1000 to my balance payment. He insists I should pay overproduction, which is not my role. He is placing the risk on me, I do not own the company. So now... I am waiting to start a dispute on Alibaba.
I wished someone would step in to solve the problem

The site is very reliable. The system is friendly and easy to solve any inconvenience. Communications are established without difficulty. Times are strictly adhered to. I am very satisfied and will buy again by this means.

Good luck getting a human on the phone. Called the CA office and the NYC office no response! How can a company have zero customer service at all. Through the website it is chat with the computer and no option of getting any answers!

Alibaba does not hold vendors accountable. Vendors refuse to provided parts list of parts they as they quoted to rebuild. They seem to buy used parts, test them clean them and ship them. Its a gamble buying rebuilt expensive parts through alibaba.

I was purchasing several items for video production and was able to find what I needed. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. The only exception was when UPS Lost my package, but the seller was on top of it and the issue was resolved.

I would say the supplier is very good however they need to manage their shipping as this is a potential deal breaker. The prices and quality is good and would like to work with them again if we can resolve how we do shipping.

Alibaba is a good site and with a little work it could be better. The user interface is a little confusing. There is no way that I have found to delete a RFQ once you have made a request for a quote and deleting a conversation is hit or miss. I would also like a way to report abuses to the system, such as being contacted off alibaba through email or whatsapp. I will be using them again.

Very good company and very good customer service. Echo was great support. Everything went smooth and Echo further helped to returned duty amount which was agreed as DDP but somehow logistics company was not able to fix. Echo paid from her account. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4,000 silicone wristbands. Order said 4 colors. The supplier sent me an image and the colors looked right on my screen but the black was actually a navy blue. The supplier said they made a mistake but I had said the image looked good. I had ordered trade assurance from alibaba and opened a claim stating I asked for black. They said that I should have known the color codes and that it was my mistake. They don't allow you to leave reviews of the suppliers and they don't follow through with protecting the buyers.

I have been sent the wrong or very poor quality items that did not match there description. Little was done to correct the problem. Ethier a small refund when I was being scammed with a different product or no response when the item was tagged as delivered and it never showed up. I have purchased over 100 items and the last 4 months have been the worst ever. They will not cover or refund for the growing number of scam artist sellers. Beware. Better to pay more from us sellers then to get ripped of by them!@

Super duper service and goods I recommend everybody can deal with this company without any hesitation. Amazing merchandise nice and firm packaging is simply super good. You do not need to follow them until you receive your parcel in your hand after placing your order. They follow you to update to make sure you got the order without any trouble.

The reason for that is: wrong item cann't be replace. You have to pay for return even if it is not your fault to receive wrong item...
It is only to support chinese seller! I would advise to pay a bit higher but buy it from ebay and amazon
