I purchased a blouse from an Alibaba company. It was WAY too small. When I requested authorization to return it, they sent me a form to complete, and wanted photos or video. Um, the blouse was too small, what was i supposed to send? They pushed, so I sent a video and photos of holding the blouse up to me, and sent it along with a note that stated the only way to get the blouse on would have been to rip the seams. (It was a pull-over.) They denied my request. I will NEVER buy anything from Alibaba again. What a rip off.

Dealing with Alibaba is been one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Impossible to find a human to talk with let alone file a complaint. You send messages, zero replies. I have been scammed tons of thousand dollars by some of the suppliers here. The scammers get away with it because Alibaba does nothing about it. My confidence level with Alibaba now is almost zero.

Half of the watches where okay, the other half where very misleading, customer service lady like to play a act like she on your side and has your best interest at heart! Very false and misleading, one of the watches was broken, first she said she away for a week and then a day later she arrived back, she then ask me to fix it like it my responsibility, i was shocked, she actually expected the customer to repair it! Moneys is money, i was going to invest a large amount, already being successful with two previous stores! Lucky this happen now then when customers are complaining, £160 down not end of the world! Strongly recommend to avoid! Unless you live in china and you know where to track them down!

My Seller is cheating me he is asking me to send Balance payment which is just 10% of the total amount. Means i have paid 90% payment of the order.
I ask seller to load the Product photos and he show me wrong photos but still Alibaba is forcing me to send balance money.
I Ask for Refund but Alibaba constantly suggesting me to contact with seller pay his balance as seller is not supporting even not contacting.
How can i send the balance 10% payment. I faced a huge loss. I am losing my trust on Alibaba,
I feel Trade Assurance is the safest way but after having this issue with me, I am gone crazy with this huge loss.
God will help me Alibaba is just supporting Seller.
