Buyers at risk of losses for substandard products delivered.
Most times, products are made with bad quality, the seller claims the word "customized"!
And the buyer losses at the end of a dispute. This is totally a big loss, and it has been going on and on for a long time now.

I have been using Alibaba for the last two or three years and am very satisfied with the service rendered by them. I trust Alibaba and feel that I am covered and protected while doing business with suppliers. Alibaba constantly follows up on our purchases and payments, for this reason we feel that we are backed up by them.

I was very impressed how simple it was to buy from Alibaba. The site is as easy to use as Amazon, Ebay etc. The language difference caused no problems at all. The supplier was very helpful and Professional. Payment through Alipay was very simple. I will definitely use Alibaba in the future. Thank You.

It's great to find so many products to choose from right at your finger tip and so many willing Suppliers. Kudos to the Alibaba Team.

My one regret is that shipping to my country is still so costly and a bit of a hassle when the order(s) reach said country.

This platform give me a warm feeling because i get the feeling that you can get help on every step of the way and if something goes wrong you can easily make a ticket for a refund. Don't know if this work because my order was good but the feeling is good.

I am a new shop owner and had no idea what I was doing, the supplier I worked with me helped me through the whole process and communicated beautifully with me. Do not believe the bad reviews. It is simple do your research before you go with a supplier :)

Trade assurance is ok! I am satisfied with my experience with Trade Assurance. The only dissatisfaction I have is Alibaba's customer service that doesn't allow you to talk to a real representative easily. I was only able to chat with the rep with an automatic reply that didn't solve a small problem for me.

The process was very smooth and I felt like I was protected because of the Trade Assurance. I felt that if the product did not meet the agreed upon specifications that I would actually have recourse. Thankfully it never even came to that. My transaction had a slight hitch, but the seller corrected it very quickly.

Recently joined and so far I have had a pleasant experience. The site can sometimes be somewhat confusing and the app sometimes doesn't show all notifications and because the majority of the time I am using the app I sometime miss communications, thats the only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars.

I am new to Alibaba, but so far it has opened up a new world of possibilities for me! The prices are excellent, so far the vendors are all very good with communication, all very hard workers they work on the weekends like me, very good for getting business done!

The sample was as described in the Alibaba product description advertisement. I requested 2 samples long and short and they were nicely separately packed and marked. We hope that the final product will be of the same good quality. I have attached a sample of the way they nicely pack the samples. You see the other pack empty because we already used it for testing it in our bottle. Ele Xiang from Ningbo Let Commodity Co., Ltd. has been a good help so far. I hope this continues the same when we order the final product.

Don't use Ali baba, they have a trade assurance gaurentee for buyers, but it's not genuine. I brought electric scooters and they took near 4 months to arrive. Then they were faulty, contacted manufacture didn't reply for 1 month. Sent them and Ali baba video of the faults, it took them near 5 weeks to adjudicate, that-they couldn't confirm the whole 15 units were faulty, 4 units were faulty, what I said was how can I get confidence in the others not working. Anyway they say that the customer satisfaction is important, it is garbage, buyer be cautious here as they don't support they buyers and in China thier are plenty of shonky sellers and I got sucked in by Ali baba trade assurance, which is worth nothing. Don't buy of there sure there is no genuine trade assurance

There is quite good resources available with Alibaba to reach-out seller, RFQ, Chat, meeting options etc.
However, Alibaba shipping services / other shipping services must have transparent pricing system to make the transaction more smoothly.
Always having bad experience with shipping cost from seller's quote. Sellers playing with numbers like reduced product cost and high shipping cost etc..

The experience is excellent with Trade Assurance team they always ready to support and make sure not to release money to supplier prior giving them green light that you receive your product as specified. Thanks for Alibaba Trade Assurance Team.

Lots of options when it comes to looking for what you need. Well supported communication and billing process. That said do your homework when looking for what you want and be patience considering language differences and time zones.
