Bought oled screens but received lcd. Sent back lcd because they were far from what I wanted but alibaba closed my dispute. Customer received returned unopened screens and got to keep the money. Alibabe trade assurance is useless.

I have done business with this company for over 20 years. The customer service is what keeps me coming back. This order had 1 issue and my rep Yoyo gladly helped me right away and resolved my issue. What's app made it easy for Yoyo and me to communicate and work out my issue.

Escalated case to dispute because the seller did not send the items as per the agreed date. No shame whatsoever alibaba claims they cannot compel seller to send on time so they do not honour the refund and close case in sellers favour.

I recommend page and will use it more in the future. Feel protected and even more if seller accept paypall. If not still have some reserve. Still did not have a r case so I can not comment that part. Suppliers are proactive, helpful and polite but sometimes provide datasheets on Chinese or their English is confusing.

I provided Alibaba with numerous screenshots of customer returns and negative reviews as a result of an unscrupulous supplier as proof that I deserved a refund. Alibaba rejected my dispute on the grounds that I could not provide video proof. This was not possible, seeing as the products are in an Amazon warehouse in the US. I do not reside in the US and logistics dictate that the product would take longer than that to arrive at my address in order to provide video proof.

I am only fairly new to alibaba. I have made several transactions, with serveral different suppliers. I have had a couple of ups and downs, but I am extremely happy overall with everything. There is such a huge variety of clothing and suppliers, you really have to take the time to look at reviews and search for the correct product, and company.
I have also found that you must question everything, do not assume anything and maybe get a second quote to compare. I am happy with the suppliers I have bought garments from, so I will try to continue sourcing from them only.

I got mislead... sometime item in alibaba.com can be not the one we search and want to buy. Alibaba.com should be more stringent in those vendor, making sure they not misleading those customer of ALIBABA.com.

Please buyer be aware of Alibaba.com e-commerce services. The site is full of fraud and scammers. I just got scammed almost 4000USD. Alibaba gave these scammers a platform to do their fraud. Alibaba do not screen the so call suppliers on their website. I don't want what happened to me happened to other people. Please don't buy anything from Alibaba website. It is infiltrated with scammers. Don't become a victim. Stay away from this website.
