I needed my sample to be a specific color to test some branding but they sent me black which was not going to work. It would be different if they sent it free but they charged me for the product sample and I paid for shipping so i expected to get exactly what i was requesting.

I personally had never used Alibaba before and I was a little skeptical. I had an amazing experience! I had a small issue getting my card to go through but the customer service was amazing! They helped me right away. I will definately be using Alibaba again in the near future.

There is no option providing billing and shipping address in my account. Shipper could not understand the importance of mentioning right address. If there was an option to enter the address at the order, I would have not faced an issue in the customs clearance on the last order.

This is my first time using Alibaba to get some products for my online business I am starting. The website was easy to use for beginners and It was very helpful for me to use "Gold Supplier" or Alibaba registered suppliers tool. So I can trust suppliers for the products and start the business relationships. On thing I was not sure was a shipping as a new business starter but the supplier was very helpful to explain all procedures and easy to understand the systems of shipping. Factory was very helpful and easy to communicate and quality of products are fantastic! My first order was European style kids summer hats. Thank you!

Offered suppliers were of poor quality. Suppliers offered goods other than those in demand. Or they offered the right goods but in different quantities and in other variations.

Manual search yielded results.

The chosen supplier was the one I had already chosen before the demand for Alibaba. I was satisfied. Everything was exactly as agreed.

They are my only and worst experience on Alibaba.com. They sent me wrong product, lied to avoid refund.
I bought T500 smart watches from them. It should be HiWatch App series, they sent low quality HryFine App series watches. Listing said magnetic charger, instead they sent clip charger which don't fit well in box made for slim magnetic charger. Watch itself made of low quality material, lack of basic feature to display time in 12 hours format.

I placed an order with a company called VIETSTAR imports based in Vietnam (apparently). I have since found out they actually based in Egypt. Unfortunately I was scammed out of $475.00 as he says I need to pay another £200.00 if I want my goods released from the port. Please be careful as this company is a complete fraud!

I ordered a backup camera system and what I received was total junk not matching the ad listing. The box I received the system in was of the system I ordered but the contents were low quality junk not worth half as much. I filed a trade assurance claim and was denied help. They offered 30. Credit for ripping me off to which I replied with F. U. The system was supposed to have a separate dvr and 1080p cameras but I got junk.

Needed some goods to be sent to the uk. The whole process from start to finish for my order was the best buying experience ever. I couldn't fault the professionalism of the seller and would recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality goods at unbelievable prices. Thank you Alibaba.com for being so helpful.

Overall, my experience with the site was positive. I ordered my 1 dress of mine and another 1 for my Friend. They sent the product on time. When we open it we saw the product are as same as the online pictures. Awesome Customer Service. Amazing Collection. I'll Orderd here again and again. Thanks

Really great service. I ordered an AVR and got exactly what I needed. It was as described and matched the photos. Alibaba kept me posted on everything and even put the tracking details up on their site so I didn't have to visit the carrier at all. Easy to use, and simply great service.

I recently bought products from a Chinese Supplier via Alibaba. At first I found the site a little difficult to use but the supplier was excellent and the communication from Alibaba was very professional and helpful. I am continuing to use Alibaba to source suppliers for my business. So far I would recommend their services.

The overall experience is very good, because we have in reach of our hand the access to a hundreds of products and suppliers, that in other way, without Alibaba that would be impossible.

But sadly you find here many suppliers that don´t have a good quality or many resellers that lied with his post product on Alibaba, when you ask them for the cost they said that the cost posted are only as reference and gave us a higher one, i think that must improve checking that the companies don´t cheat the customers, we are a serious companie, with serious bussines intentions and when this happen is very dissapointed.

I really really like it.
The device quality is very good.
And the SMS setup works perfectly fine.
The GPS position is precise when outdoors, indoors it seems not to work as accurate as outdoors. It might be because of the 2G network.

Worst ever service I made a large order on the Alibaba site using their trade assurance. This mite work in countries closer to China though I am based in Australia and does not work. They autocomplete to say that you received the goods when you have 15 days after an Express order when wvery Express order takes over a month to receive here. Please be aware so you dont fall for the same trade assurance problems that I did

This is my second time ordering on alibaba and i found a seller that has giving me good service and i like how alibaba protects my order from shipped to delivery thank you Alibaba i have been scaryied to order on here before but now i have more confident to buy knowing that alibaba protects me.
