I'm an online clothing boutique shop owner. I need 200 sweatshirts and screen printing t-shirts in different styles and sizes. So, I order from an Alibaba supplier of a clothing manufacturer. I contacted one of the suppliers from him and ordered my items. But they didn't give me any feedback or reply, so I canceled my order from there and searched other clothing manufacturers for my boutique.

This website is a piece of s#$*. I just bought a electric scooter and some of the pieces were missing. Also when i finally got the order shipped and started to ride it, is went slower than a 3 legged turtle. Finally the pieces started to brake off after the second crash. This website is bogus.

Shenzhen JKN Battery Co., Ltd. sold me two lithium batteries they came with no connections, just two leads and no charger, it cost about 800 dollars and an extra 280dollars to get them running and charged. They lasted one weekend and failed. They both don't work now. Don; t save money, buy local at least we have laws and warranties. They just said to try new battery management systems and get a tech to fit and they may work.

I was looking for a specific kind of bracelet. The supplier I approached was very helpfull and gave quick replies, good service and a nice price. They shipped really fast en about 10 days later I already received my order. I am a very happy customer:-)

I dealt with Yiwu Bingfeng Trading Co., Ltd. through Alibaba. Our experience was a good one, with the representative being helpful, professional, friendly and eager to supply the necessary information. We received our product (tomato hooks) and we are satisfied with the quality.

I love the quality of the bags. They were well made and shipped on time, but I should have double-checked the size of the bags before I bought them. I was looking for great quality, full-size handbags, but I received wallet-size instead. I am very disappointed of the size it was a 4inch by 6.5 inches.

Aliexpress. This company claims that they will do returns if not happy with the product. Well, it's a lie. I have made several attempts to return my product. I found it very frustrating that when attempting to open a dispute, their system rejected every attempt to upload a jpeg photo. I was able to get a video uploaded, but was told "we do not accept pictures from other websites". I will never order from this company again. Hopefully this will help others that are thinking of using this company.

Alibaba is super good, staying in the comfort of my home and buying things in China. One thing I love about Alibaba is the fact they try to keep everyone of their customer safe by introducting trade assuarance and alerting you to buy from sellers that are registered as trade assuarance. Customers are secured, this means a lot to me because I don't want to lose money.

I received my products and I can't complain for the price the product was good. I was hoping to find amazing and maybe on the next order I may be pleasantly surprised. The service though was impeccable, my contact made sure I was aware of when they sent the shipment and when to expect it.

Everything went smoothly, so I am quite happy using this platform. I was a bit worried at first because of the things I had heard about online purchases. That was however not the case in this transaction so I am quit happy.

The product is great and worth the experience, for personal experience, I have not had any problems with the device, I advise you to buy it or deal with this company, they have credibility and good products.

It is hard to find the supplier. The suppliers have only limited number of products they are providing. But in reality they can provide many. I wish the suppliers had all the products, also they need to improve the information quality that is provided. It is also hard to distinguish genuine and bad quality products.

A great gathering of many manufacturers to work with. I use Trade Assurance and I don't release the funds until I receive and inspect the product. I've never had a problem that would have caused me to hold the funds so I can't say I've ever "tested" Trade Assurance. I have been buying from Alibaba manufacturers for years and I've never had a problem. I will say the smaller the manufacturer the longer it seems to take to get the product through customs process. Could be a coincidence.

What a treasure trove to choose from. Selecting a supplier is made easy by the rating and review system and comfort felt by the security the sight provides.
Anything you can imagine is on this marketplace and it is fantastic to explore.

One of bad Sellers on Alibaba, that makes this website to loose reputation.
If you want to get defrauded and loose your money - you are welcome to contact Ruthy and place an order (yilinart.en.alibaba.com). She will send you some unknown material (not marble, as they promised), there will be missing parts and Ruthy will keep repeating " it's real marble" and they won't return your money for missing parts.
Very dishonest company! Avoid them.

It's Alibaba's first order, and I'm satisfied with the quick handling.
And I'm satisfied with the system that allows me to find products that I haven't found.
It would be better if there were more parts or raw material companies.
