Very helpfull and professional, well pck. Arrived very fast, really good price, the best. Hong kong agent very helpfull, alibaba as well, always willing to help. My bad experience was only with customs, however romania has a lot to catch up when we talk about business and customs.

I couldn't find the things I was looking for on other sites, even on Aliexpress there was a problem, as I couldn't choose the other shipping method but only DHL and EMS (they are too expensive). On Alibaba, I found the supplier and ordered car parts, he shipped them by air mail. I got them in nearly 2 weeks - it is very fast, as we usually get mail from China in 20-30 days.
I haven't installed them into my car yet, by they look nice, accurately and I hope they will work for a long time
So, everything is good.

Company goes by name of Shenzhen Henghong Appliance co. My order was **************326 I was lucky only ordered 50 units and immediately the timers started to fail. Representative goes by name of Tina Yuan plays dead or dumb. I am replacing these units out of my own pocket yet they claim a 1 year warranty. I am fed up trying to get past their games. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Tina claims timer worked at the plant well so what it soon failed when in use. No relation to the time of manufacture at all. Alibaba is of no value only option is not to deal with Alibaba and or China.

Alibaba has not thought things through from a customer's standpoint.

The window where you can review a product is WAAAAAAAAY too short.

A buyer should have 3-6 months to review a product after it is received. What are they are traveling when it is delivered, and they dont even open the box until 60 days after delivery?

Also, the dispute process is run by an entry level person in China that has NO CLUE on how to problem solve. They need someone that is educated, sees the big picture, and can apply common sense to resolving disputes.

I have attempted to contact sellers several times and not a one has responded. No reply whatsoever. I don't understand but it looks like I will have to go through a broker. What a waste of time and resources for me that will be passed onto my customer. Not sure what a broker will charge but I will do what I have to do.

The product is working 100% and delivery was very quick and good. We had some issues at custom clearance, but the supplier acted very quickly and solved it for us. Packaging, presentation and accessories are all 100% good. Very like the box of the product!

I bought 50 pairs of shoes from Coolcept for my business and I received 29 pairs of shoes that were all faulty. Burn marks, dirty, glue all over shoes, torn and jagged inner soles, heels faulty. Coolcept first response was to offer a 10% refund. For what I ask. For sending 50 pairs of shoes all squashed into one box & faulty. Pink pong emailing with offers of 10% refund, and now if I send shoes back will refund. I have to pay for shoes to be sent back, which doubles the cost of the shoes. No help from Aliexpress as they protect the seller. Their buyer protection is just bogus. In saying this, I have dealt with other sellers on this site and their shoes and service has been outstanding. Its just this one seller that people should be very wary of buying from as he knew the conditions of the shoes but sent them anyway. All he sees is the $ and not the impact it has on the people buying from him.

I have doubts at the beginning however the seller was very helpful with all the process, I received my product from China to México in 15 days and everything was perfect. Definitively 100% recommend the platform. From Alibaba everything was fine, but of course the whole experience also will depend on the seller.

It gives a lot of security to work through Alibaba where the orders and products are insured in case of disagreement.
The platform to stay connected with the provider also helps me a lot to have a record of messages, quotes and orders associated with each conversation.
