I have ordered a two 2 packs of toys for children, I have recived only one pack. They have sent me e mail and inform me that money for the another pack would be refunded.It was 6 month ago, I didn't get my money back.

I ordered a polyester band from Alibaba.com supplier. The communication was great, very fast shipping, help in customs clearance... everything was great, definately will order again from the supplier and will search in Alibaba.com for my future requests.

I love this company. The service is really good, very professional and the quality of the lashes are great. Is the second time that I ordered my lashes for my own brand and I love them. Shipping is really fast too, more faster than I was expected. Thank you!

"Good service and fast delivery" First time buyer and the seller was good to work with i was not all that good to work with till i figured it out i canceled my order 3 times im sure the seller was getting tired of me but they worked with me till i got it figured out

Hello guys, just wanted to help someone else to avoid High Per, Highper or High-per.
They think they speak english and tries to fool you on every corner they can (shipping method, wrong parts and lots of other methods)

I was hesitant to use the website, not sure of the quality of the products and the communication being overseas. I have to say Alibaba made everything smooth and painless. From great selections, a good rating system, communication with sellers and price protection. I have had great experiences with Alibaba.

I was a little iffy about ordering from this site. But, now I am so happy that I did. I recieved my items today and I am very happy with them. Great quality and excellent pricing. Can't wait to place another order!

I was a bit hesitate to place my order with a company I didn't know much about. But, the pricing of the items I wanted were irresistible so I placed my order. In short everything went smoothly, communication was very good and the transaction was completed. In a short time the package arrived and it was just as described. I was so pleased I immeditally placed a record order.

So often you buy something from Alibaba and what you receive looks nothing like the picture you ordered from. Every product I ordered from this company was exactly as pictured and described. I was extremely surprised at the quality of the items. I will definitely order from this company again.

Just bought some of these great USB solar window power banks and they have changed my life. They are perfect and free to charge my phone.

I highly recommend using Alibaba to order supplies if you are a jewelry designer. Be sure to place your order only as a Trade Assurance order so that you are guaranteed that your order is correct and arrives on time. The suppliers on Alibaba who use Trade Assurance are excellent.

I was really suprised i got exactly what i ordered for, cause most online stores like Alibaba usually dont give you what you ordered for but all i can say is that im really impressed cause i got it on time. Great job to the suppliers.

Order Number *******-RT Oct. 27,2019 -ShenZheng communication tech. The package is beautiful but the mobile phone is garbage. Trade Assurance Service I had the worst experience because they didn't want to return the phone and gave me a working phone. So, I disputed the item and I didn't get anywhere with Alibaba. I am disappointed,

Any product I viewed I was provided contact with a knowledgeable customer service person. After deciding on what products and in what quantities i was provided accurate pricing and provided with different shipping options.
The entire experience was really great.

I wanted to buy a part for the advertised price, the seller then changed the price to much higher. I contacted customer service and they just refused and gave me a runaround even after i showed evidence of the fact.

After a lot of research we bought a hydrodermabrasion from a manufacturer through Alibaba. After a lot of negotiating we purchased the product. It was shipped promptly and arrived in working condition as as per the advertised pictures. Alibaba kept us uptown date as to when it had. Been shipped and hen it was cleared. Pleased with how smooth it all went.

I have never Purchased anything through Alibaba before, but I am very glad to have them in my corner. At every step in the purchasing process I knew I could count on them for help. Thanks to the Alibaba team.
