Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

I've always loved t Hi since since I heard about it in 2014-2015! I sometimes have trouble with navigating it though, and I don't like the cookies/details it picks up from me. I want a clean slate evrytime.
I have fought my way through 3 RFQ's and 2 purchases. Only one purchase has arrived so far. I find the site awkward to use. I should look for a tutorial, as it might be all my fault, however I am not finding it intuitive or logical to use. Maybe it is the left to right and right to left Asian versus English mindsets. I will continue to use and hopefully get comfortable with its use.

User Interface could be better. Several vendors of same products so get to know your vendors take time to sort out reviews from your area some vendors my be better at your area then others. One may be better supplying products to the UK and another better for the USA.
Even its arrived later then i expected and i had to push off my program i needed the hat's for. It was really really the right hat's what made such a different in the whole program it's really nice and comfortable hat gives a nice look and the main for a good price.

Have done over 250k of orders on alibaba, between 10+ suppliers. Suppliers are aware that they can't screw around on alibaba. Any issues i've had with orders have been dealt with by the suppliers and fixed to my satisfaction. They know Alibaba will have customers back, as Amazon does.
Very pleased with the process. Communication takes patiences and it helps to provide photos to clarify. I was apprehensive to purchase product that I personally didn't have control over but once receiving the product I was very satisfied. In fact I look forward to developing many relationships via Alibaba.

Just going to find the VTOL fix wing drone to suit my latest project of surveillance mission with limited budget. Come across to find the Eagle Hero and looks suit for my requirement. Searching more info from Youtube and found lot of video related to this bird. Made oder and paid for 3 days and the parcel arrival. Airframe looks excellent quality of workmanship and light weight. Going to install the Pixhawk-2 fright controller and make the maiden flight soon.
Tip for consumers:
There was many similar VTOL drone in the market. Some of them may be very low price. Recommend to search the video from youtube to confirm the performance before to make your decision. Lower cost may not be the best.

Eagle Hero + Pixhawk-2, Tutta 8S, 10000mah for VTOL, 6S 42000mAh Li-ion for cruise and endurance possible extend to 2 hours. 1.5 hours is minimum while normal environment.
Excellent - it was very easy and the payment options were easy, only the shipment costs were not clear and I had to pay nearly half of the cost of product in shipping - also all the suppliers were not easy to contact

Ive ordered boxes from china and they sent me the wrong product, I contacted alibaba for help to get my money back, and they did not help at all. Pretty much they don't do anything. They say is not their responsibility. I wouls never buy anything else from alibaba!
A very helpful tool to order directly from manufacturer. Safe and reliable. I was able to chat directly with Manufaturer and explain my specific needs ordering my product. The payment method used at alibaba is also safe and trustworthy. And also that alibaba have buyers guarantee which is good.
My only problem are the bank charges..., the bank in Singapore charges too much. I was unable to purchase some goods because the supplier don't want buyers to pay through those banks. The rates are pure extortion.

The site is very interactive and vast - very impressive bar one point. There is no human help when you have an issue with your account. The automated assistance is very poor. I tried to update my account details and the automated assistance directed to the point which was giving me the problem. Very Very frustrating.
