Ive used Alibaba many times over the years and have never had a problem. All the items have arrived as described and quickly. I have only ever interacted with sellers and I have never had to get Alibaba involved in a dispute apart from asking for a couple of refunds and there has been no problem and the refund has been issued promptly. I like the chat option as its so easy to get hold of the sellers who in my experiance have gone out of their way to help. I highly recommend!

The yarn 11/1 NM Black core elastic Mohair (Item 3), all the yarns arrived with a strong musty smell and in some cases, the plastic cover that covered the yarn cones is wet. So, we have had to remove all the yarns and let them air out to eliminate the strong musty smell. We also pleace all this yarn at the sun and rewind the yarn, that is, pass it from the cone in which it arrived to other cones. This also helps the yarn to dry out and lose its smell a bit. We hope that once a washing process has been carried out, the musty smell will be permanently lost. The fiber is presented with many knots.

Though I have a had a few suppliers that have taken a long time to get the product to me and have had to play the pricing game, most of the suppliers I have dealt with have been professional and courteous to my needs. This has been a good source for me to find products.

The supplier Leondo bridal is the worst. I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter and the result TERRIBLE!
Completely different to the dress that they show. They just copy models of beautiful dresses, but only for the pictures because the reality is totally different. Bad design, bad quality, bad size.
I wasted my money. Never again.
Leondo is the worst? It is a FRAUD.

I buy quality parts and redistribute to markets mostly in Japan, mostly for the hobby sector. I'm looking for honest vendors who openly discuss points of quality vs. quantity. I believe in a win for the manufacturer, win for the vendor and win for the consumer policy.

I named the young lady that assisted me because she was very responsive. She has changed jobs and now the service is teribble. I will probably not use the CMC for my Wal-Mart client. That is the biggest issues for new suppliers will the CMC honor and meet the demand. If I cannot get any responses since Abbie has left then I should probably change companies.
