It was my very first time when I had a deal with suppliers on Alibaba. I ordered items from two different suppliers. Both shippments were in time delivered and the attachments were satisfied. Seems that it safe to have a deal with chinese suppliers on Alibaba. With no doubt i will refer to the suppliers via Trade assurance and Verified supplier by my next inquiry.

I will recommend this to my friends. The supplier is very professional and good english communication. The product received is fit to my expectation. Very good service and thanks to Fedex too for good service.

I am glad that Alibaba offers this service. This allowed me to work with the company to resolve some issues.

The product needs some work to be marketable but the people did try to resolve the problems.

Thomafas is a company from India that makes custom clothing.
Very quick to get your money but very slow to make the product.
After missing the deadlines I needed my product for I asked for a refund. They got all upset and refused to give a refund or send the clothing. Very rude company and dishonest. Never do business with Thomafas.

I buy a lot from Alibbaba, they charge you every time for service charge a lot, when you sending money exchange is very high than usual, then they support supplier even they know those company cheating you! I buy product from gold supplier on Alibaba, the product they send me 100% is not that i paid for, i fill application for refund, some one from Alibaba contact me and said dont worry your money will be save and we refund you. After 3 days i got email that be cause company showed you so we can not refund money to You. Wondering i have the gods they send it to me it is not that i paid for, it is not mask! Now one can used this one as mask and they cheat me 285.00 USD now Alibaba support them and dont care the costumer like me i boy thousand and thousand from them a year! Don't trust if you lucky you got good and honest company is ok other way your money is gone! I lost my 285.00.

This alibaba platform is easy to use, easy to source suppliers and products.
And payment transaction is reliable and faster.
But for bulk order and bulk payment, have to consider for the transaction charges.

Very good communication, very good help in choosing the sizes and very helpful in the the process in total. Will certainly buy from again, and I'm even planning my next order as i'm writing this review.

I waited and waited and my package didnt arrive. I just have this barely-speaking-English person who keeps telling me everything is alright and I should call "the post" or "ask a friend what to do". After finding out myself, turns out the package was returned. Now I will travel and the damn thing never arrived. AWFUL.

I have used Alibaba to buy from two different sellers. I first experience my product wasn't as I wanted but the supplier redid my order for free and the second time I went with a new supplier and everything went excellent. The goods which i have ordered on Alibaba are good some even better then i have expected, so it is recommended to have a good conversation at first and automatically the shipment will be on time. Item and service was expectational. The item as well as the seller is highly recommended. Though the item was as a sample unit the supplier took full care and the item received was in excellent condition.

The service is excellent. The delivery time is terrible.
The individual packaging is very fragile, all white and without product information. The information is also not printed on a leaflet, so the customer has no information at all and this is very bad!

With the Trade Assurance feature of Alibaba, I did not worry if I would really receive the items and whether I am assured that the items are in good condition. And yes, I received the items and they appear as what I was expecting. A very pleasant experience buying in Alibaba, and this was my first!

Im over the moon when I receive my machinery. Im hoping when I display the tractor to the farmers they will all buy one for them. It a good tractor to have for little farmers. The dont need to hire big tractor

The customer service was good, shipping was delayed but I think that was on the part of holiday shipping first order was deliver on the day that was given but second shipment was delayed again I think that was because of the holidays.
