I still have unsettled dispute (3800 US$) which Alibaba did not respond so far. I got a product that is not what I ordered, I still have it, it is useless to me, I want to send it back, and nobody is listening to me. This is keeping me back of ordering with new sellers. This is very unfortunate...

I paid VAT to Alibaba and had to pay VAT when I declared again! Alibaba did not provide an IOSS number to declare. And the help center only responds with automated questions! I filled out the tax refund according to the requirements and it was rejected! My advice to private individuals is not to buy! Because you pay double VAT all the time! And you won't get help later!

A trusted website. I was a bit confused on the Trade Assurance extension but nevertheless all ends well. Information provided is sufficient and only which is not comprehensible is the conversion rate is extremely high on your side. US1 against MYR 4.55

The trade assurance policy is a good policy in order to protect the buyer and at the same time, to avoid the supplier to manipulate the buyer by giving a product that according to the buyer specification

The customer service was good, shipping was delayed but I think that was on the part of holiday shipping first order was deliver on the day that was given but second shipment was delayed again I think that was because of the holidays.

Buying from Alibaba is quick and easy, my only concern is shipping, I prefer to know shipping before committing myself to buy. Not to buy 1st and be told the shipping fee later. My other concern is shipping fee itself, which on some item shipping is higher than the item itself.

I like Alibaba, but they have a lot to go on when it comes to easy use of the webpage.
Alibaba should also make sure that companies who is offering their gods here, have an easy checkout for all the product displayed on the site, that will lift the total picture of Alibaba!
It shouldn't be necessary to use time on chat with the manufacturer to be able to order the simplest things, it doesn't regards all of course, but too many!

Don't be fooled by their nice fabric samples, your production order will be no where near the same quality. No admittance to fault by the supplier, no refund offered. Alibaba did nothing to help.

Had a company which not delivered at all. Their products were stopped on custom, with the notice that the import licence and product are not allowed in EU, with the notice that there was no manuel hand advise. I asked alibaba for help and only point they told me that i am responsible that the product gets in EU and the company, which website was after my payment taken off, representive always open new sites and address, and doesnt replied at all, are right and i have to pay the damage.

My first experience with purchasing an item on Alibaba was exceptional, as well as the company & representative that I was working with, who answered all my questions back & forth for a couple of days until I made the purchase. What I ordered was exactly what I received.

I had a seller cheat me by sending a fake item to the US by air and the real goods by sea. Because of this I lost trade assurance. I got the goods by sea they were counterfeit and infringed on another patent. No one from alibaba would help me. Said it was my failt. They always side with sellers. Its best not to buy from alibaba.

We Americans can be somewhat hesitant when ordering products internationally. However, I'd like to say what a FANTASTIC job Xiamen Zhansong Commerce Trading did with my order. I've heard horror stories from other people about their orders never arriving and losing all the money they had paid.

Xiamen Zhansong Commerce Trading is a company you can trust! They fulfilled my order on exactly the timeline they said they would. I especially liked that I was able to use trusted FedEx shipping when placing my order. When I asked for my tracking number, they sent it straight away and I was able to monitor the progress of my package.

They were very timely in their responses to all questions or concerns I had, which I was able to ask via the CHAT portal in my account. Fisher Yu communicated with me perfectly in English, so you don't have to worry about that.

I had a very good 1st-time experience. I had to take some time to learn how to use the platform and search for products and how to communicate with suppliers and use the Alibaba supplier product details, company profile, and reviews helped me find the right supplier for me.

I bought over $7,000 worth of inflatable boats from this seller for re-selling. After selling some of them I had to provide money back to the consumers as all the inflatable boats were coming apart as if they were made of paper.
