The site is good in regards to finding suppliers. However, the charges for oversees and the products are outrages. Some times you can find the same items in other sites as Wish way shipper and same quality. I hope Alibaba take protecting buyers to a further steps and research the market.

The company is very professional, helpful, and understanding. Sunny went above and beyond. Although I have buying experience, I had not purchased with this company but they helped as much as the could and kept me updated on tracking. The shipping was also pretty fast.

I have never been so pleased with a transaction in China. This was my very first experience and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend the seller and those who were responsible for shipping my order to me.

That from china together with the trade assurances is more than enough for me

I ordered an paid for a folding bike, 145 USD.
It never arrived, Alibaba said that they had paid the supplier, so I've lost my money.
Also ordered car seat covers, shorts, small things like that. All turned out to be complete cheap rubbish, much better to see what you buy.
I would never use them again.
Given one star, hardly worth even that.

Everything is good except we dont have any human contact if something goes wrong. Because robot cant understand sometimes what I say. This sometimes frustrates. I had issue with my order not properly showing on system. Anyway later was automatically ok.

During 2 of my our transactions this past few months we ran into 2 different problems. The staff at Alibaba was very helpful in directing us where and how to try and resolve these issues. Both were resolved with all parties being satisfied.

First impressions are great, nice streamlined system so far. Dealing with different sellers was professional and I received timely responses to my questions even though my initial orders were not that large.

I'd still recommend Alibaba...
Yes slower shipping,(some items) at higher costs, over all but some things are just plain difficult to get,
And souring from other country's is as difficult if not more. If you buy in bulk or maybe get a few friends to order too helps.

I ordered a several hundred piece lot for my business. Shipment tracking was nonexistent and seller's customer service sucked. Their emails did not make sense. Boxes arrived dirty, wet, and crushed. Returns and refunds through Alibaba don't exist. I don't get why anyone would order from this site.

I have had lots of success with using Alibaba. I always find multiple companies that are willing to help me produce my new items.

I like having the Trade Assurance as a good backup in case an issue occurs!

If you communicate closely with supplier, all are legit/ not scam... Alibaba try their best to make sure its platform are safe and win win situation for manufacturer/ trading company and customer (B2B) experience better. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with experience, Alibaba advised me to be careful when supplier wanted payment by Western Union (noticed on messages). I took their advice and paid through the Trade contract. Goods received quickly and money was safe

Alibaba sells cheap knock off products that arent the brands they claim to be. They are a scam company and will change your email so you can't file a dispute. I was locked out of my account after complaining
