I opened a business and ordered 5 shipments through this site. 4 out of the 5 shorted me products. The TT guarantee is a big joke. I have ordered 31 shipments from debate 2 have gone to dispute and settled in less than 5 days

I wish zero stars were available. Hopestar is the supplier and the sales representative grossly misrepresented the product purchased. After going to Alibaba's Trade Assurance and several well documented e-mails, videos and written correspondence, I found out that the Trade Assurance program is worthless. Ultimately, I had to go to my USA Credit Card provider to get this resolved. Consumer Fraud is protected in the USA. Do not buy anything of consequence from Alibaba if you live in the USA. Also, Alibaba should "BOOT" companies like Hopestar China off of their platform, as they give all of the other great companies on Alibaba a bad perspective of what it is like to do business here vs. Amazon.

I am not adding photos, or videos as this has become a legal matter now due to the scale of the dollar amount.

Each and every transaction has been a wonderful experience. The suppliers have been professional and delivered quality results and products even during the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend using Alibaba

We had a bizarre sex toy (had to Google the description to find out what it was) arrive. Something I wouldn't pay. 02 for never mind the $55. We actually lost. Why would they do this? Most bizarre. I took pics of it trying to figure out what it was. Super angry.

Alibaba now has one of the worst customer service departments. They never try to resolve an issue just offer a refund. Shipping delays, missed delivery times and items being charged for showing shipped.

Never order something from Alibaba if the supplier does not support Paypal or trade assurance. Keep the communication only on Alibaba. If the seller wanted you to chat through what's app, stay away. Don't fall for the cheap price. Most likely the SCAMMERs will give you a tracking, and will say "product stuck at customs". Those shipping companies never exist. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

The payment process is less smooth compare with others (link me to the right suppliers, provide efficient platform to communicate, provide trustful insurance to protect transactions, etc. I can not use my USD credit card from Canada and end up with using my CAD credit card to pay. The exchange rate is not that good, which is understandable.

I had lost my money by trying to purchase from a seller on alibaba. After realizing that I've been robbed, I approached Alibaba customer support and anti-fraud center. No body helped me in that. They just made the lame excuse that seller was unregistered and we blocked that seller profile. But I found the same seller with another trade name robbing buyer on alibaba.
That was my first and LAST business deal with alibaba. I would never ever deal with or even recommend ALIBABA (AND 40 THIEVES- as an notorious legend is).

Recently bought a xcmg wheel loader zl50gn from the companyEvangel Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and they shipped me defective "lemon" product with a lot of issues including a faulty alternator, faulty air-condition, etc. This business does not stand by their 1 year warranty. Stay away from them

This seller is very responsive but more importantly, HONEST. I have purchased 3x with this seller and have been more than happy each time. She goes above and beyond and you can tell that she wants to continue business with me for a long time. I will definitely repeat and will continue purchasing with her company.

Good place for transactions, but the negative thing is that sometimes supplier will cancel the transaction due to their error such as no stock, discontinued, etc, but when they refund you the money, Alipay does not refund you the card fees previously charged. The card fees need also be refunded if its not the fault of the buyer.

I only wish I had checked them out first ( this site is NOW BOOKMARKED) Will always check here first!. Their "Escrow" is a joke!

I made an account with alibaba.com as a new business owner looking into different merchandise within less then a month I had a charge from alibaba.com on my bank account for 303.14 out of no where, I made no transactions! I got the online chat going with customer service and the asked for my credit card info! Number and ARN #
I wasn't about to give them it so i asked for a phone # to get someone on the phone and they tell me there isn't one just online chat and again try to get my info so they can track the purchase I didn't make down! Stay away from this scam sight!

Umm I know you guys are disgruntled and but I order cloths from them and got everything I ordered. I guess its cause I used paypal? I dont know even Western Union people try to scam you of western Union money orders. I got 3 in Stockholm of 1000 dollars each and each time they tried to hold on to the money, You
