When you don't know the supplier it's a good thing to know you have a disputes resolution process as it keeps everyon honest. A warning for long delivery items, ensure that the disputes process stays in effect long enough, I nearly missed the extension.

I began my Alibaba experience in the last week of August 2019. I was looking for a manufacturer for a medallion which may be used as a lapel pin, or as a Keychain or as a simple collectible item. Alibaba provided me a platform to Request Quotes from hundreds of prospective suppliers without the need for me to conduct any background searches, nor create any database of contact information for prospective suppliers. In response to my RFQ [Request For Quotes] I received inquiries from about 12-15 interested suppliers. While responding to the numerous supplier inquiries, three suppliers stood out as most interested, and most capable of satisfying my needs. I was able to complete small sample orders with all three suppliers and am preparing to place larger orders for retail market inventory in the coming months based on the quality of work provided by these 3 suppliers.

More likely to get ripped off. Thiefs and crooks and they are just drop shipper to begin with. Ive had orders lost and they never even cared. I have gone to just buying elsewhere and paying slightly more but pays off in long run

Some of the Airpods I received have issues such as: not charging, Sound to low. The vendor is really nice but the product is all that nice. I ordered 30 and 10 where defective so far. I haven't sold the rest as of yet.

Alibaba is an excellent site set up in such a user friendly way. By entering keywords describing the product you are looking for to sell, you will find listings of many different itens to look through with decriptions, and pictures. You are able to contact the company (inquiry) as far as samples, order quantities, price, etc. This makes scouting out the product you have in your head to sell, Sooooo much easier to find. I was very skeptical about ordering from alibaba, as I believe a lot of people might be, but when I saw the trade assurance thing in alibaba and read all it terms I was a little relieved but not completely, I ordered with hesitating and doubting that will it come in real, But when I spoke to the seller, He was very supportive and helpful The order arrived 4-5 days prior to the delivery date. Alibaba can be an excellent option to achieve better trade between China and Mexico. Maybe Alibaba could even give us a training to achieve better and safe purchases through the same Alibaba portal.

I purchased shipping insurance from Alibaba to cover the purchase I made from a company in China. The insurance gave me a piece of me me. It gave me confidence that my investment would be protected.

What a HORRIBLE experience. First my product was wrong. Their designer decided that his idea was better than what I ordered, so now the new equipment does not match existing equipment. Second, Fancy toys guaranteed delivery (insured by Alibaba) in 20 days. I received the equipment 45 days after my payment! Alibaba says tha Fancy Toys only estimated. Third, Fancy Toys told me that shipping by sea is far more cheeper than FedEx. Wha a lie! It was their American company that requested money from me in the tune of $$815! My entire purchase was only $1170! What a rip off.

Warning! Buyer beware! Junk LED Light!

If you dont headache with low quality led lights... stay away from "Huizhou YouTech Optoelectronics" LED products.

This company sell only junk led light. Most of the light stop working after 6-9 months.

When you contact them about the issue. They ignore you.

The manager name Xue Gang Sun (Jerry Sun). This is the guy that take your order... well, It's just a bunk of thief running the company.

Originally I was a bit timid when placing this order. A few years ago I placed an order from China for a Samsung S6 phone and a large LED Television. It was not done through Alibaba. I did everything asked including sending over hundreds of dollars. I tracked the package and it arrived with someone else's name attached. The package was a small empty plastic bag. The only form of contact I had with the seller was through email. After I received the package I emailed them to inform them of what had happened, they never responded. I told family and friends, "NEVER again will I purchase from China". After this experience through Alibaba, it has renewed my belief that I can do business with China. Alibaba network is truly a blessing and this has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
