Hey everyone, i never had such a bad experiance as with this guys. Do not trust them. I ordered Torry Burch flats which i never got, but i was charged for my order. When i send an e-mail for help they answer me that it is not their responsibiltis to follow up. Stilling money - this is how this bussines work.

Be aware that if you have any dispute on Alibaba, it will be resolved in Chinese side favor only.
It is not like Ebay where the customer may have real dispute. I have bee using Alibaba and Alexpress for many years and I had 2 disputes. One time the product did not worked and second time I did not get the products. Both time Alibaba denied the money back.

I am Amazed, they are very professional and reliable. It was a good expierience with so many suppliers offering their products. And of course the way they manage the delivery of products. Thanks a lot

I used alibaba.com to find a particular kind of barcode reader. Using the simple search tools, I quickly located the OEM and verified that the current product has the spec I required. Now, the only strange issue is that the OEM has wholesale and short-sale pages. This was confusing, because one page enforces minimum order quantities, but the other page did not, for the same product. Once I understood this, the order was very simple to complete. Although previous orders from China OEMs have been delivered to USA in 10-14 days, this shipment took 22 days! Luckily I am very patient and trusted the OEM, China Post, DHL, and the US Postal Service. The shipment arrived and I immediately tested the products, and found them to be in perfect condition.

Under difficult circumstances with covid-19 i received the test order very quickly. Very satisfied with the friendly customer service and handling of my order. They are really helpful with all my questions. Keep it up!

No stars. I ordered $300 worth of dresses and clothing. They were completely cheap versions of the pictures. I returned the items and one package was a wrong address. The address on the package was a fake one. No way to return it. I've tried everything to get a simple address. I just don't want it. Its very very frustrating. My other package was lost. They are aweful.don't ever shop alibaba.!

The supplier Grace is very nice and professional the deal goes very smooth even though small qty given. The dissapointment is when we tried to use our credit card for payment several times keeep failing... so we choose to pay by bank transfer with higher charges..

I was extremely pleased with the extra oral suction machine that I received in less than a month. It was very solid and beautiful. The machine purchased from Zhengzhou Kongsin DentalCo., Ltd. is a very high quality. It runs at 60 decibels, delivers at 1000 watts of power and has a flow of 4,000 L/min. It uses the Hepa filters and has UV light. It is excellent. Peter Fu was excellent in responding to me and assisting me. Companies in the U.S. were estimating shipping times at 3-4 months. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this product.

I requested a track belt chassis with two powerful dc motors from Zhoqe Machinery. I asked them to supply the goods in 10 days (2800 usd) the company sent me the track belt with no motors after about 45 days (not 10 days). I placed a compaint in Alibaba who closed the complaint and rejected my request claiming that there is no proof... they are all scam including Alibaba. Do not deal with these comapnies. They know that they can easily steal your money.

I have bought a few things from this site. Some with great results and some so so.
I had a dispute with one of the suppliers and we resolved it directly and he deposited a refund to me via paypal so I released his funds from AliExpress. On another purchase from a different supplier I placed and paid for my order but the the supplier came back with a stipulation that there was a no return no rfund on the product once it was shipped so I cancelled my order before it was shipped and I got a refund put back on my credit card in about 3 weeks unfortunately because of the currency exchanges I lost about $200.00 but did get the full refund put through. I am now in a dispute with a cell phone company through AliExpress as the phone I ordered doesn't work on North American networks even though they claimed it did. If I can't resolve this through AliExpress I plan on having VISA refund my money. I'm wondering if anyone out there has tried to get a refund this way and if they were successful.

We purchased automatic printing machine from Dstar Machine in 2015 and some other printing machine in the next years. They did have very professional sales team and satisfied quality, delivery. It's very convenient and easy communication with them. Very good!

I have used Alibaba in past times purely to search new products and factories, but now with COVID and no travel I have started using Alibaba to source and purchase. Has been easy to use and works very effectively. This will save me a lot of time and money in the future as I will not need to travel so often for sourcing as this is a very simple and effective way to do it without direct factory visits.

I found the item that I was looking everywhere in alibaba.com. If it werent for alibaba.com, I dont know where to purchase my requirement. Other items here are also great. I like to purchase again new items at alibaba.com soon.
